The Doctor is great. However the ladies in the front desk are rude. The ladies in the front desk hanged up on me over 5 times. To the point where I wanted to go to the office and confront them. Horrible customer service to someone who has supported their business for years. And all I wanted was a prescription for my partner. Won’t be back.

Let me share a story about how Dr. Pace saved my life. In 2019 I was rushed into emergency surgery for an ectopic pregnancy that had ruptured in my right Fallopian tube. I had gone into the emergency room at the advent health in altamonte springs in orlando at around 5 am that day and the doctor in the emergency department was an older man who had gave me the bad news but in a taunting tone. He also let me know he was leaving his shift and Dr. Billie Jean Pace would be conducting my surgery. The moment she walked in, she just gave off the most caring energy and she gave me a little massage on my shoulders and assured me everything would be ok. I was having a mental breakdown because I was all alone and my family was far so I really had nobody by my side other than my boyfriend that day and I was so sad and felt alone. She really made me feel like I was safe and made me feel like I had a mother by my side. It was such a hard time for me but I will never forget how she saved my life because if I hadn’t gotten the surgery I probably wouldn’t be here to tell the story but thank you Dr. Pace. She is definitely the best. I also followed up after the surgery here at the Altamonte Springs Women’s Center and it’s such a beautiful office. Thank you guys for everything that you do.

I HIGHLY recommend if you have hormone imbalance, their doctors are not in network with my insurance but being self pay is still well worth it!

And another huge plus is they also do great aesthetics - injections, treatments, etc.

Mother says remember, kindness. Here goes the ladies in that office have got some genuine- patient client/customer services skills, in this day and age where people have made up their minds to be rude or jump on the bandwagon of strife, they were Golden. I had to be a "pest" when my job wanted some information documented and not one time did I feel like they didn't hear me and followed through on reaching out to the Doctor. "OK, love, were the words that kept me easy"
I typically don't make a fuss and so its easy for doctors to miss me, just see me as a number or not remember one blooming thing about me until they open my chart as I'm standing there in that very moment, so when you pushed yourself after surgery all day to meet with me at the last hour of my deadline, I heard God whisper I got you and you heard it too.

I just had the best experience I've ever had at any doctor! I'm not sure what some of the other reviews are talking about as far as timing and price because I arrived at 8: 50 for a 9am appointment and was seen right at 9. I was only in my room for a matter of minutes when Dr. Pace came in. She was so nice and thorough. She really listened to all of my concerns and we came up with a game plan. For pricing they told me on the phone what it would cost as I don't have insurance and that's exactly what they charged me! Highly highly recommend and would give 100 stars if I could.

I've been seeing Dr. Ashley Gilbert for about 8 years now. She's always professional, her bedside manner is superb and she always listens to my concerns and questions.

Do yourself a favor and just go to Planned Parenthood. I literally only needed a prescription for birth control. I had been to Planned Parenthood before just for a birth control prescription and I regret I didn't go back. I waited maybe 15 minutes to be seen there and was given the prescription without having to have any tests done. And I paid nothing. I had to wait over an hour to be seen by Ann Ashley Gilbert and when I said I only wanted a birth control prescription, I was told that I needed to have an exam or it would not be prescribed. Then, when I said I had a pap last year, which she performed, and don't need one for four more years according to the American Cancer Society (I'm over 30), I was condescended to and told "that's for normal women. " And "how am I not normal? ", I asked. She had no response. She just said that she was on the board of the American Cancer Society, so she apparently knows better because of that. I didn't get the pap since "you're so insistent", but was billed $150 for other tests that I did not need. I will never return to this practice and will inform everyone I know not to go there.
