The owners and staff are awesome people. Our whole family loves their food. I highly recommend it.

Started out liking this place but little by little they are getting cheap and cheap. Bread now is an issue, I was told you can buy it
We would dine at least once a week. The owner sees us every week and never says hello. I will not continue to support them. It’s all about the money. The servers are all good though

Called to place an order and the lady on the phone hung up on me after asking for a tip. Had to call back 5 times before she answered again. When she was finishing the order, she threw a fit when I asked to verify if I could sign the tip on receipt and yelled “Oh my God! ” before hanging up again. I don’t recommend spending money at this business. Terrible attitude and rude to customers. Never had an experience like that in North Naples. What a shame.

Delicious homemade Italian food! There's a nice variety to choose from. Friendly and knowledgeable servers. You can sit in the small pizza takeout side or in their stylish dinning room for a higher end experience.

We had a great night tonight on Valentines. My wife and I arrived and were very very happy with everything. We have been waiting for a long time to come and finally made the trip from Ft Myers and it was well worth the drive. The food, the wine, the atmosphere, and the service was amazing. Christian was our server and took great care of us and recommended 2 perfect plates and a great wine to match. I was pleased with how smooth everything ran even though the place was packed. Great job Altavilla, thank you for making this a perfect night!

We ordered a half cheese and pepperoni and half mushrooms and sausage. But we got the whole pizza of just mushrooms and sausage.

This is an unfortunate experience, we had never been to this restaurant, my husband had been told the food was great. We tried to make a reservation but they would not for 2 people which is fine. We went there early and asked to sit at a table because both of us have chronic pain and back issues from surgeries, where a booth just doesn’t work for us. We were told we could NOT have a table because those were saved for 4 people not 2, we asked to sit at the bar but there was no service there. I don’t know why they needed 3 people standing outside at the podium and yet nobody was working the bar?
The hostess told us she had reservations for all the 4 top tables, fine we sat, we ate, food was great and yet still nobody ever came to fill all those empty 4 top tables? When we left I asked the hostess where the reservation people were, she said, well USUALLY we fill those tables?
So they didn’t have any reservations and yet two older individuals were not allowed to be comfortable while we had our dinner? I could completely understand if they really had people coming for those tables but to just be so arrogant towards others that only ask for comfort as we ate seemed ridiculous? As we walked out I mentioned to the 3 people still all alone outside that I will not return regardless of the food quality or the waiters great service it was their attitude that made us feel irrelevant or worthless and they snickered and laughed at my comment. How unfortunate that they don't see how important compassion is today? Or what the definition of hospitality is? There are far too many other choices in this area that will appreciate our repeat business but most of all respect us!

The restaurant doesn’t open until 5: 00 pm but so worth it. We went with friends for a early dinner on Valentines and the hostess was able to get us in even though booked solid later. The specials were amazing and I had the veal piccata with penne. SO DELICIOUS! My leftovers didn’t last long the next day. We’ve had the pizza and wonderful but this was a first at the restaurant attached. Will be happy to go back soon.

Best traditional pizza in the area. Great sides and salads as well. Our family is local and this is our once a week pizza spot.

They sure seemed on the ball with our take out order after I paid with a nice tip, but when we got home our chicken Alfredo had ZERO chicken and the side of meatballs we ordered were missing. I’m sure they will read this in March.

The food was very good and the service from the entire staff in the restaurant was great. We also order take out from here often. Definitely would recommend.

What a joke! Ordered lasagna which was size of inside of your palm. 88% sauce. 2layer. And eggplant palm. $38 for order. Called and complained. Their excuse it was season. No compensation. No offer to fix it. Dont go here! Even if your starving. It wouldn't fill u up anyway.

On November 19th 2019 we went to altavilla trattoria for dinner. We were early so they asked us to return in 10 to 15 minutes. We did so and the manager came to the door and said they weren't quite ready. Instead of sitting us an offering us a glass of wine or something he let us stand at the front door.
Z Quite rude. Once we were seated our waiter Chris took over and was very good. The food was very good as well and we had no complaints. When we went to pay the check the manager

who was the owners son came over and grabbed the check and said absolutely nothing to us. Very rude I don't know if I will return and it's a shame the manager was such a pompous idiot.

I ordered the lobster ravioli dinner entree for $22 and got 5 raviolis that tasted like they were frozen for 3 months. Carrabbas is better than this place.
