The amenities are fresh and clean, from the pool to the gym or even the dog park. This place has it all.

If you are looking for a care free living lifestyle, look no further. You are in the right place.

Literally whatever you do, do not move here. The parking situation is insane and once you have nowhere to park they try and make you pay $50 for a spot. I just got towed for parking in a handi cap spot because there WAS NO WHERE TO PARk. It cost me $400 and the property manager had no remorse. 0/5 cannot wait to move. Oh and if you have a maintenance problem good luck

We’ve been living here for a few months, and have absolutely loved it! Our apartment is spacious, modern, and the property grounds are always well-maintained. The location is ideal, with all your essential amenities & businesses just a stones throw away. Yet, what truly sets this place apart (and I cannot stress enough) is the exceptional staff. Huge shoutout to Jeremy and Kimberly from the leasing office, as well as the maintenance team, all of whom are so beyond helpful. It’s obvious they care about their residents and I’m always greeted with a big smile and kindness when visiting the leasing office. Thank you for all that you do! You will most definitely not regret the decision of choosing Alton Westshore as your home

I've had a mixed experience at this complex. The good: Grounds are really nice and well kept up. The maintenance team is awesome and always respond quickly to any issues you have. The apartment itself is very nice and I have been happy with both of the units I've stayed in. The bad: Parking has been a nightmare since I moved in. If you come home late, don't expect to get a parking spot near your building if it's 1 or 2. There have been a few times where I've come home and there have been no parking spots available. The guest parking is also not very good since they only have a few visitor spots available. They did however make a change to give out guest parking passes if you know ahead of time if guest are coming over. The internet itself is very poor and is completely intermittent. I believe this is due to it being community wifi. I had asked for assistance on the issue several times with the Jeremy but never received a follow up after countless times reaching out myself. Hopefully there will be another option at some point for the complex.

Called in the attempts to get information regarding their two bedrooms units. I placed the phone call well after their office hours stated they were open, and spent about 45 mins of calling on and off and getting no answer. When I finally got through to someone the girl had the absolute worst attitude, like it was a huge inconvenience we were calling to ask about property info. I asked a few standard questions, one being how much the application fee is. She told me it’s “$75 per person and then another $200 for the application”. I’ve NEVER heard of an application fee being $275. Maybe $175 at max. So I asked “this is for just the application? The $200 isn’t the administration fee? ”
Because that’s usually a standard admin fee and I wanted to make sure I was not confused. I could hear the girl audibly let out an annoyed sigh and she responded “yeah so like I already said the application is $75 a person and another $200” to which I replied “so you’re telling me it’s $275 to just apply, that’s not the price including any other fees, because I’m not understanding where the $200 is coming into play if we are already paying the $75 to apply and if that’s not the admin fee I’m just trying to understand why we’re paying for an application fee twice and it’s two separate amounts. ” and yet AGAIN I could hear the annoyance when she responded “so literally like I said before-“ before I immediately laughed and cut her off and said thanks but no thanks and hung up. We ended up finding WAY better service elsewhere and signed somewhere better. One that won’t charge you $275 for an application alone. Lol. Good luck to you if you decide to sign here. Staff seems to be pretty clueless.

This place would not be what it is without Jeremy, O'Neil, Steve, and Ang. It is not everyday you find a property management team who is so personable and always willing to help. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Very clean apartment with nice amenities I really enjoyed the tour. I ended up living elsewhere because of location to work but a great place and fun location!

Jeremy and the leasing team have been fantastic since we moved here back in 2018. They are dependable and willing to help at any given moment. Maintenance crew is great and will fix any issues quickly. Highly recommend calling this place home!

I’ve lived at Alton (formerly harbour at west shore) since I first moved to Tampa in May 2021 and will be resigning again for a 3rd year mainly because of the office staff, any time I’ve ever needed anything Jeremy and the girls have always been there for me whether I need something to be printed out or mail to be picked up when I am out of town or something simple as a parking pass. The apartment itself is very nice and spacious unlike multiple apartments or toward and the price is definitely very reasonable for where is that and what it is the amenities are great, and the pool is on the second level for the suns always hitting it. I definitely would recommend living here. It’s also a smaller communities, unlike all the other apartments around.

My wife could live here forever! Very well-kept on a daily basis, awesome 2nd Floor Resort-style pool, and the friendliest staff anyone could wish for!

If this place cannot give me the attention during the interview and leasing process, then they won't bother to give any attention to any future issues that I may have. If you are looking for a property to lease at, look elsewhere. Nobody present in the leasing office and only signs present to scan a QR code for a self guided tour. The property management here does not care one bit.

We love living at Alton! My husband and I feel like we live at a resort and the property is immaculate. The management and staff are not only helpful and responsive, but they are a lot of fun!

I recently moved to Alton Westshore into a beautiful apartment! The showing experience was great, and the office was able to accommodate my next day move-in needs when no other complex was able to. Since my move-in, Angelina has been extremely responsive and helpful in getting all of my needs met. You're even able to text the office and receive personal replies throughout the day. The property is also very accommodating to those with pets. They have the cutest dog toys and treats to your pup. Not to mention the complimentary designer coffee machine at your disposal!

I have nothing but great things to say about Alton Westshore. I've been living here for about a year now & did not hesitate to renew my lease for another 14 months. The front desk staff is amazing! Jeremy and Sara are so kind, helpful and caring, and go above and beyond each and every day! Steve and Oneil are the best and nicest maintenance guys, and anything you need, they are right there to help immediately! And, did I mention my apartment - which is bright and spacious with so much storage, & the most beautiful kitchen with a huge island. I also get to see the beautiful Tampa Bay sunsets every night from my balcony ~ so relaxing! I toured so many apartment complexes when I was relocating to Florida, and I couldn't be happier that I chose Alton Westshore as my home!
