Began the remodel as planned. They porch is not complete. The frame is up, the window dimensions taken and waiting on glass. So far it s been smooth

I have nothing but great things to say about Aluma Tec, Everything was perfect! From the design phase to communication with anyone in the office is outstanding.
They had my project finished in the exact amount of time they told me, there was nothing to clean up, they were very professional with my installation. I wanted my door placement in a certain location and before they started, we communicated and we triple checked after they had got my project started. I forgot to mention, I do know they do many different types of projects, but mine was for a screened enclosure on my entire patio.
I would definitely recommend Aluma-Tec.

So glad I went with these guys! Pricing was very reasonable, and they even helped arrange financing. They told me upfront that it would be a while, as they were very busy, and I was glad they were honest about it. They did consistently check in with me while I waited, which was awesome.
When it was finally my turn, everything went great, from the concrete guys to the screening in guys. And it looks amazing! They were on time, polite, and very informative during each step of building the patio. Will probably be calling them next year to put in gutters around the house. Would absolutely recommend Aluma-Tec to anyone wanting a nice screen room.

Aluma-Tec put up a screened patio with roof cover I was impressed from the time they came out to give me an estimate until construction was complete. They were very honest and up front with the time frame (7 months) and cost. I signed the contract in May 2022 and job was to be completed in Dec. Unfortunately, the job was delayed until March 2023 but they kept me informed and was very patient with my questions & concerns. The two gentlemen who put up my screened porch with roof were so very nice and also took the time to answer any questions during the process. I would greatly recommend this company. Thank U Aluma-Tec for the fantastic job. I love my new screened in area.

Although it's a wait to have our lanai built, we are very happy with the finished product that Aluma-tec built for us. Nice, friendly, professional crew. Thank you Aluma-tec.

We are still waiting for our screen enclosure which was originally promised between November and the end of December, 2022. Now we are put off yet again until March and when I asked about canceling (yes, they would keep our down payment) the manager (Travis) said the company would sue us! My opinion is to stay away from this place.
