6I got triple charged for some souvernirs because my debit card gave errors according to the clerk, but now they don't answer e-mails and calling is too expensive as I do not live in the US. Is there another e-mail I can send my complaint to?
This place is awesome, everything you need for costal life, beach products, swimsuits, hats and lotions. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, dressing rooms and restrooms are available.
I don't think I've ever written a negative review before but these guys are RUDE! As a family of three, we entered mid-afternoon and were the only customers in the store. There were 5 members of staff and they all ignored us. There was even a lady right next to the door, staring at us as we entered, who blanked us, then started speaking in Spanish to a colleague right over us. We walked out after 5 minutes browsing and won't be back.
Terrible. The manager left the store for lunch and left it manned with 2 workers that spoke zero English and were not trained on the computer and didn’t have the login and password. They lost over an hour of sales at least.
Most all of the clothing has some type of stain or the iron on decal is peeling off. Check your clothes closely before purchasing! Every white lifeguard hoodie had a stain. We still wanted it as the stain was small. They were rude and offended that we had pointed out stains on 5+ of the same types of hoodies. We asked if they could discount them as they were stained. They were angry and offered 10% discount for the overpriced stained clothes. Beware.
Don’t go! Ripoff over priced junk. Owners are rude and will try to rip you off. Go find true local merchants that want your business.
