Good prices, but VERY slow checkout. There were 8 people in line and it took almost 30 minutes to checkout.

Horrible experience both in and out of the store, tried to call about something we were coming back to pick up and person on phone would answer and hang up! They would giggle before they hung up. Called my credit card and cancelled the order. To many cool beach places to bother with this trash dump with its garbage employees!

Rude staff. Went in for shirts and gifts and the guy that checked us out was very rude. Said something under his breath when we asked a question about an item. He was obviously irritated. Do not buy from this store. Felt like I was intruding in them.

This place is not well managed or kept. Merch on the floor, abondoned ladder in a walkway, large clumps of sale items so close together, there's no way to peruse the stuff in the middle - just the perimeter.

Merch are your typical fare and over-priced, of course - to be expected. I knew Florida was a red state, but there is a ton of merch dedicated to that orange p.o. S.in the oval office - and his sycophants. Total turn-off.

Lastly, it's a PANDEMIC people! There is supposedly a mandatory mask ordinance in in effect, but like with almost all of Florida, you'd never know this, since apparently all the mouth-breathing panhandlers shop here sans mask in an apparent prideful stance for pro-ignorance.

Oh well, to each their own.

POSTED 11PM CLOSING TIME. MANAGER ALSO STATED 11PM. EMPLOYEE KICKED A GROUP OF CUSTOMERS OUT 20 MINUTES BEFORE POSTED CLOSING TIME.

Really nice fishing clothes (Avid, Pelagic) and good 50% off deals. I stopped here two days in a row and got some good deals on quality gear. They had your normal souvenirs, but also just some quality stuff. Really happy with them in their helpfulness and selection!

Bought a body board that broke after 1/2 hour. Went back to store within 3 hours of purchase and refused to exchange. Pointed to receipt and said no returns/exchanges ESPECIALLY after it had been used. That is how it broke. By being USED.

I understand the policy but a little courtesy goes a long way.

Rude employees. Terrible customer service. Poorly trained. All employees appear to hate working there. When I asked to exchange a size, employee was rude.

Staff is not friendly. Attempted to return a damaged item and they refued to exchange or return. I understand if the is you policy, but to be rude to the customer about it.

Customer service is a joke or actually non-existent. Will never do business there again. Employ personnel who care about the customer and their experience, otherwise send them to the unemployment line.

They claim a return policy, but when you have the unopened, original merch with the receipt from a few hours ago, they argue that whatever you buy is a beach accessory. Just state you have no a returns policy!

Took a long time to check out. 1 girl working. And you have to watch to make sure your items ring up right

Multiple items either didn't have a price tag or had two items that were the same and right next to each other but had different prices. The cashier refused to sell anything that didn't have a price tag, even when told the exact price.

Had a huge variety of swinging trunks and bathing suits. They had a little bit of everything here. As far as beach needs they've got you covered!

Not happy with the fact they sell over MSRP with the MSRP sticker showing right next to their price. At least cover the cheaper price!

Had fun shopped for an hour found a lot of cool stuff and fun gifts my son found great tank tops my husband found a hat and a shirt had a lot of fun it has a lot of stuff for the beach

Huge variety of clothing options, inexpensive prices with shirt designs that match the price ranges. On site air brush artist with approx. 60 designs to chose from.

Experience was fine, my little girl got a beach wrap in her hair, the lady that did it was super sweet, however the Manager aka Airbrush T-shirt guy was pretty miserable as soon as you placed an order he would start to discuss how miserable his life was. Little unprofessional and not very welcoming.

Totally unprofessional and Rude! I picked up the wrong tube for my daughter. Went right back in with my receipt 1 minutr later and was told I couldn't return it or exchange it for the right size. In ll my years ive never been in a store you couldnt exchange an item you just bought. Pitiful

Pretty good prices! It's packed with stuff but it's actually pretty tidy in there! Got some nice necklaces for me and my 2 sister's $6.99 a piece. At the harbor, the pearl alone is $15 and so is the necklace to put your pearl in.
