No trip to the beach is complete without a visit to Alvin's Island. They've got all your beach necessities, your souvenirs and salt water taffy!

SO many t-shirt options, but be careful because I bought 6 shirts and a couple of the cheaper priced ones have fallen apart after the initial wash. The other shirts have held up, thankfully. So much to look at and many options in clothing, toys and souvenirs. Great customer service as well!

Crowded rows and very pricey. It's more or less you get what you get when you run into one of these shops. The last minute souvenir, at that last minute price.

This is a store where you just have to go so you can say you've been there! I've driven by it so many times on my way to the beach but never went in and I'm glad I did. Aisles of tshirts and apparel so tall it's like a corn maze of retail shopping.

Love the prices here. Anything beach related, they have it. We always stop at Alvin's every time we come to St. Augustine.

They gave exterior a big change recently but interior and goods are still the same. Alot of tourist type stuff

Went in and was very rudely asked to put on a mask. When I told the worker I could not wear one for health reasons she said you can't shop here. Asked what accommodations they made for those who can't wear a mask and she replied you can wear a mask or not shop here. I politely let her know my lawyer would be contacting them Monday, and he absolutely will be.

Lots of clothes and swim suits. Friendly staff & mostly decent prices. It's more of a tourist shop but had the skim board my 14 yr old wanted at a lower price for the same brand online. Beach chairs, toys, and even paddle ball set we needed. Very large selection of beachwear.takes up most of the store. They close early at 1: 00 so make sure you get your beach gear before you hit the beach! It is not the place to go for surf boards but there are other shops that specialize in carrying them which makes sense to me. Only gave 4 out of 5 because they carry one or two brands of surf wax (for the skim board) but not the wax comb. You can't have one without the other. Went to Pit Surf shop for that.

Cheap on merchandise, however very poor customer service with long lines and one register open.

Great experience. We had a problem with something and Ms. Lana, a nice Russian lady helped us. Her customer service makes us want to visit this place again even though we typically don't like large stores like this. Thanks Ms. Lana!

Decent selection of beach related items. Was very crowded and everything is close together for that overwhelmed feeling.

I have been in several Alvin locations and they have a large selection of souvenirs, t shirts and things for the beach.

Just great! Love this place and visit every year, but today was shocked - even more goods more clothes more souvenirs! Long sleeve shirt what on the wall - so many colors and designs, I bought for me and for my husband! Appreciate to a store assistant helped us a lot, customer service is really really good! Definitely will come back)

If you're in the are I'd h bave to say stop in and check it out reasonable prices on shirts -flops-Ect. A real cool spot
