The best experience buying a car I’ve ever had. I am an out of state buyer so I was super skeptical on buying out of state, let alone the deal I was getting on my Volkswagen GTI. Mark had tons of photos and even videos of the car to assure me of It’s condition. He even worked with me on getting the car shipped to my home in TX. I just had the vehicle serviced at a specialty shop and I asked them to inspect the entire vehicle as well. They came back and said it was the cleanest vehicle they’ve seen over 90k miles. I can now say that this is also the best used vehicle I’ve ever bought. Honest and ethical dealer. I just wish I would’ve bought all my cars from Mark.

I bought a 2012 VW Jetta from this dealer, sight unseen from over 800 miles away. Crazy, right? Absolutely not. I called about the car and spoke with Mark. From the beginning of the conversation, I got a warm and fuzzy. Mark held nothing back and described any and all issues he discovered with the car to include replaced components and any issues remaining. He was transparent and honest about everything, a rare thing in the used car industry. We negotiated a deal to include door to door shipping. Mark kept in constant contact, answered every question I could think of, picked an excellent shipper, provided a walk around video prior to shipping, and followed up after delivery.
