I called them two weeks ago about an eye surgery that was botched. Spoke to a paralegal who said her and Amanda would be reviewing the case with their malpractice lawyer and would call me back. I never heard from them again and today I called and was left waiting on the phone for 10 minutes. The lady who answered had my name and number and they didn't even call me back. I don't want anything to do with them now because they don't care about the client. I think their alleged malpractice lawyer doesn't know anything about medical procedures and they are consulting with someone who knows.

I had an accident two days ago, I called them and they took my information. The next day they called me and since I don't have any injuries, they tell me it can't be done. Help me they made me
sign a contract and call and they tell me that they only specialize in injured people and not in anything else if there is no blood or one dead the lawyer does not work it seems like false advertising on their part an accident should not be based only on injuries there are many other things. That's why I don't give it any stars.
