Amaray Las Olas by Windsor Apartments, Fort Lauderdale FL

I had the opportunity to visit the Amaray and toured with Ednick, who I believe is the assistant property manager. He provided the best customer service I've ever experienced—knowledgeable and very kind. Ednick took his time, welcomed us with open arms, and the tour of the amazing building was fantastic. Currently living in Virginia, we're contemplating relocating to Florida for work, and the Amaray is a strong consideration. We appreciate the building's stand-alone charm and its quiet atmosphere.

My husband and I toured this building yesterday; walked in and was greeted by Ed, he was great, very helpful and informative. He provided excellent customer service. The building itself is beautiful and clean with great amenities. Of all the places we toured, it was the best and exactly what we’ve been looking for.

I visited this building a few weeks ago, as I’m looking to move to the Las Olas area soon and I was taken very good care of by a gentleman named Ed. He was very attentive, kind and went above and beyond for me. I’m hopeful that there will be availability when I’m ready to move. Thanks Ed!

Ed was terrific, with his experience he recognized my fiancé and I were exhausted from the mismanagement of our previous apartment building. He made it is his mission to bring us peace of mind, and making it a painless process. Ed effectively articulated the differences between each unit, was transparent, and upfront with us. The building itself is wonderful, it’s luxurious and well kept, no lipstick on it!

Amaray Las Olas has been a good choice. Living here 3 years, my dog Hercules and me are very happy.

I recently singed at the Amaray and my experience here has been, by far, one of the best. I was very impressed by the building and exceptional staff. Upon my move day I met Samantha, the property manager. She was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful with anything I needed. Ednick was my leasing agent that showed me the unit and has been very helpful with every need or request. He followed up with me to make sure my move in went well and if there was anything I needed. Any maintenance requests were promptly addressed and the security they have here gives me peace of mind. I also really enjoy the fact that there is someone collecting packages at the front versus having to sort through them yourself in a package room. My experience has been 5-star so far!

My experience at Amaray Las, Olas, is unsurpassed. From the moment I walked into the front desk I realized this is where i wanted to live. The leasing staff, specifically Ed.was very helpful. On the first visit, he showed me around the building and a couple of units that were available. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to complete the application the same day. However, Ed continue to assist me in finding a unit that I can afford and that I would be happy. I really feel like he went the extra mile to help me In this transaction. Another factor that I was very impressed with is how everyone knew each other, As we walked around in the building, Ed was very friendly and courteous to everyone around him. His professionalism and Kindness really impressed us. Today I was finally approved and I am so excited to be a part of the. Amaray Las Olas family!

I can not be happier living here! The building is beautiful as soon as you walk in. Everyone that works here has been very nice. All the amenities are kept clean and work properly. I had a great experience working with Ed to help me close on my lease. I’m happy I decided to move into Amaray compared to other nearby apartments.

I am living here less than 1 month, but I can say that it is super building, the office staff are friendly and always helpful. Nice location, nice view, nice pool. Everything clean and looks pretty new.

Windsor is this truth & This building is stunning but most of all the staff is professional and attentive. Ednick was my agent and he was so kind and very knowledgeable. I was indecisive about the floor plans and he was patient with me. I was met with follow ups that will make it super hard to resist this building. I’m looking to move in hopefully at the top of the year. The amenities are amazing and I can bring my pup. Looking forward to see what the future holds for me and Amaray lol

We moved here 7 months ago and have been having the best experience. Our apartment is a home. Our space is comfortable and quiet. We don't hear neighbors on either side or above us. The building is clean and very well maintained. And the outside is always well landscaped. We have two gated dog parks; both of which are loved by our dog.

The staff is fantastic!
The office staff is accommodating and friendly.
Gary, our concierge, could not be better. He knows everyone, and takes care of us as if we're family.

Maintenance. WOW! Every time we've had any issue – big or small – Albert and Javier have responded quickly. They are friendly, efficient, and extremely competent.

You just can't ask for more in apartment living.

This is a great apartment building.
One block off Las Olas, but away from the noise and chaos.
It's quiet and clean here with nice units and accommodating staff.

BEWARE! The office staff is horrendous and extremely unprofessional and unethical. If you hold anyone accountable in the office or god forbid ask for maintenance to be taken care of they will retaliate and send stupid letters to try to scare you. I guess if you cost the company money on air filters, you and your guests will be harassed and slandered. I would change my own filters and clean the dust if they didn’t lock the AC units up. Don’t move here unless you don’t care about the air you breathe in in your apartment. To Amaray staff: I’m not using my real name because the retaliation from your office is UNREAL.

I moved to Amaray about 8 months ago and plan on renewing. The staff is incredible at this location and the building is managed and maintained impeccably. I rented previously at an adjacent site that was horrible - Amaray is how buildings should be managed. The building is constantly being cleaned, repairs happen quickly, and the staff makes this place a home. Angela and Samantha in leasing are prompt to respond and always so friendly - they also host the cutest resident events to boot! Gary and the night team at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. Gary goes above and beyond always! The building is very secure which I appreciate being centrally located off Las Olas. I couldn't recommend calling Amaray home more!

We moved in last year and could not be happier. Its like living at a resort. The location is perfect, the building is well maintained and Samantha, Angela, Gary and the rest of the staff are the best. They truly care about their residents and their pets:).

By far the best management and maintenance staff I have ever encountered. They are really on top of things in this building.
