Amatista Cookhouse, Orlando FL

Went to the bar before Halloween horror nights service was outstanding TASH was our bar tender and was absolutely stunning with great service. Even gave me a little extra of my amazing Havana Colada! Ask for her service she was a 5 star! Bubbly personality:)

The food was mostly ok (everything was good but the salmon, that was very dry), the service on the other hand was beyond terrible.
We had dinner ~730p and we went for the 3 course fixed price menu. Everything started ok, we were asked to choose all dishes (including dessert) before even starting the meal which was very unusual.
We were served warm bread which was on of the highest points of the evening.
After a 15 minutes we got the starters that were pretty good, then it took them over 45 minutes to bring entrees, and 15 more minutes to bring the desserts, while we were waiting for our food we had to witness our waiter shouting/ arguing with other servers / staff (in Spanish) several times which made the experience pretty inmemorable. It was 90 minutes of “quite a unique experience” They could easily rebrand the dinner experience and make it as one of the “Scary House” of the “Halloween Horror Night” next year

It’s not only the best food in universal. It might be the best food in Orlando. I highly recommend the Mojo chicken or the New York strip.you can’t go wrong with either dish.request Danielle and you won’t be disappointed!

All the food was absolutely delicious! We went for Magical Dining & it was worth it. Only downfall, they give complimentary bread for the table but no options for egg allergy which was surprising since they were very well accommodating for allergies.

Everything was okay. The fundido wasn't very cheesy it was more chorizo then cheese. My medium steak was prepared well done. Everything seamed to lack flavor and nothing stood out. The rum cake was very sweet and was overpowered by the nuts. Service was slow as well. Nothing stood out to make this place memorable enough to return for a 2nd time.

Danielle was a kind and accommodating server. The food was lovely, especially the Delicious cheesy bread we got to start. Highly recommend the tropical salad, we gobbled it up.

The service is awesome and the staff is very friendly. Standard food - nothing was spectacular other than the pastries / donuts, but you can get those anywhere. 2 adults and 1 child was $78 after tax for the breakfast buffet. Not super impressed with the food but the view is beautiful.

We are the breakfast buffet. $27 per person for two of us with tip little over $70 bucks.drinks like coffee, water, coke, orange juice is included. For kids apple juice and punch in a box. You get the normal mini pancakes, eggs, bacon ect.
The biscuits are small and sausage gravy kind of water down. The made to order omelets are the best thing going here. Honestly this buffet in my opinion very over priced for the quality.
Would u personally recommend to a friend no. Seek put Hard Rocks breakfast buffet its much better. Fact alternative choice is golden coral on I_Drive.

Dinner was great. A decent sized menu, and everything we tried was fresh and tasty. Breakfast buffet is good as well, although I think they could add one or two more options to elevate the “buffet” experience.

My wife and I eat here several times when we stay at Sapphire Falls. The service is always great, the food is very good and fresh.

One of the best restaurants at the resort. The rotisserie chicken is perfectly cooked. Custom omlet station for breakfast makes really good omelets, just like home. We kept coming back to Amatista through our stay and never got disappointed.

This place has a great looking restaurant and the food is great however our server while friendly was very slow. He also forgot some things a few times. However everything we did receive was good. Recommend if you’re staying at the Loews sapphire but don’t trek over here if you’re staying elsewhere.

Amatista Cookhouse was a nice little breakfast spot before leaving the hotel. We had the buffet option, and overall it was good!

We stayed at Cabana Bay and walked over to the Sapphire to try the restaurant for lunch. Had a delicious fish sandwich and salad next to a window over looking the beautiful waterfalls and lagoon. Would like to go back and try the rotisserie chicken.

Chef Julio made the best omelet! Food was good, service was great! Jimmy very responsive refilling drinks and checking on you while eating. Both of these people made my experience great! Thank you for having such hospitable and attentive staff!

Very pretty.relaxing. Food was amazing! I strongly recommend the Caribbean Rum cake dessert.

Everything we had was a 10/10. ESPECIALLY the french fries. Nice workers but it did take a while to checked on throughout our dining experience

The atmosphere was great, the decor was really nice, the vibe was good. The food was great, the service was good and I love the fact that it’s on the resort so you don’t have to go anywhere off the resort to eat unless you want to.
