Amazing Lash Studio, Oldsmar FL

Was told it was 89.99 for first time set + 59.99 if I wanted anything other than classic so I asked for a mixture of hybrid/3D. Went to pay and she told me 179.99. Not what I was told but she wouldn’t change it. So with the Venmo tip I paid 215.99 and my entire left eye had just a few lashes within 5 days. I called and asked to have it fixed and was told it was because of shedding and I’d have to pay. I explained it’s definitely not shedding as I’m familiar with that (I used to have my lashes done in the Chicago area). This is one eye completely fine and one with well over half gone. She said she’d have a manager call me and a week later still no call and my account was charged another 119.99 so now I’ve paid 335.98 to look like a mess and had to wear glasses to try to disguise my eyes until my 2 week appointment and still no call from the manager.

I’ve officially had my last service with this chain. I was booked with Paris in Eastlake today…. I have a hair and makeup trial tomorrow for my wedding and needed a full set. I wasn’t even asked what I wanted- she just put lashes on me and didn’t say a single word the entire appointment- didn’t show me the final product at the end of the service…. Nothing. I’ve never felt that uncomfortable or unwelcome at an appointment before- and the lashes aren’t at all the look I wanted for this trial tomorrow. I’m finally done- so many problems with this chain. I’ll be cancelling my membership tomorrow morning.

This place ends up charging you double the amount that they quote you. Then they don't even do what you ask them to do.

I tried doing my own lashes and what can I say they didn’t turn out well so I came for a removal and a full set, Paris did an amazing job on my lashes and they look SOOO GOOD! Also the girls at the front desk are always so helpful and helped me so much with rescheduling my appointment and going over pricing with me. Serena at the front desk is super sweet and helpful definitely recommend this place!

I’ve been to this location about 4-5 times and I really love it. I feel bad bouncing between stylists but I’ve tried a few Debbie was great but she transferred and Paris did an amazing job too (she’s a senior stylist & worth every penny but I’m between jobs right now). So I went with Hollie and Victoria who both do a great job. Especially Victoria I was shocked by how full they looked and she’s so funny she made me almost cry my new lashes but luckily I didn’t because they came out perfect!

Amazing lash studio updated their system which in result has charged me (no longer a member) a member fee. I contacted the Bradenton location because that is where I live and the manager there told me she would refund me and she is so sorry and explained the new system error. However, I had originally signed up with Oldsmar, East Lake location so she told me I needed to contact them for the simple refund. I have been trying to get ahold of the manager for 5 days now because the girls at the desk said I was not canceled. I have not been there in months or any location for that matter. I definitely asked to be canceled months ago. Have not been charged a member fee (because I was canceled) until now. I have called everyday since and left messages. No return of call and no refund processing. I now have to dispute through my bank and get a new card so this company cant charge me again.such a pain.

Love my lashes! Holly did amazing! Felt beautiful and no need for makeup this just does it. I will definitely be going back

Don’t get your lashes done here. Went for the first time! They didn’t even last two days and then when you try to get a refund they lie to you and give you the run around! Had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charges for my refund!

I love going to Amazing Lash Studio! Everyone there is friendly yet professional. They completely explain everything and answer all questions with courtesy! My lash stylist Holly has been wonderful at continuing to work with me to get my lashes to exactly what I want! She is great!

This place is so unprofessional. I don’t know what’s going on with my appointment I keep doing it online then they call me and cancel it saying the technician is not available that day so why was she available online!? Booked Zuleyka another technician I called to confirm and they tell me she’s quitting soon so she won’t be available! They’re acting like my money don’t matter. They tell me they’re going to call back and confirm never do. I’m starting to think I’m being treated like this because I’m Hispanic.

Thank you for the lashes! They were so light and beautiful for my wedding! Thank you to the receptionist for giving me the best service! Very pleasant

Excellent customer service! All of my questions were answered in detailed and every one was very nice! I would recommend Amazing Lash Studio to everyone looking for quality lashes and polite service.

I’ve had bad experiences with lash extensions before but I got my lashes done by holly and had no irritation for the first time! I highly recommend her

TJ is an amazing lash stylist and the receptionists are all kind and intelligent. The manager respects the clientele and really knows how to make us feel special. I love this place and I won’t go to any other Lash place because of them ️
They absolutely know how to handle any kind of questions or requests and give recommendations that I would never think of. Great work guys!

TJ is very talented and patient with what i look for. I can be sensitive to some lash adhesives and they are on top of it so that way i am comfortable. Nice staff
