11Be aware cashier add tip! Without u permission! I ordered 1 smoothies for 8.99, total was 12.55, when I ask about tip they say it’s included!
Service charge is automatically added and is not voluntary. I asked for it to be removed and they said it was "company policy" and cannot remove it for me. (While last time it was removed)
Amazonica is a Colombian ice cream and desert stand.
The food is very good, but the prices are high.
Located inside the mall by the pond, where the train is located now (in December). By the Macy's (woman's section). Just a kiosk, very easy access to it and service was fast. I tried the sandwich (with turkey ham) and the ice coffee. I took to go pandebonos, they were really good but small lol
Service was great, friendly ladies attending and also taking care of the place by cleaning the tables and all. Was very organized and I saw a great variety of cholados (crush ice with fruits and sauces). Have to go and try more of that stuff.
I ordered 1 order of churros and 1 order of buñuelos (6-8 MINI ones) and I was charged $25! I’ll be disputing, this is insane! Everything was horrible, by the way. Not worth it at all. PS: I only bought these bc my kids were starving and it was on our way out. Never again.
Omg, I was splurging this week and found this place as I was walking around the mall… so delicious. I don’t like too much sugar, this was perfect, shaved ice with fresh fruits of your choice and a bit of sweetness. Very refreshing and healthy. Only caveat, It was about $14, which I thought was a bit expensive.
I looove cholados and this place has them all. Service was very good and fast at the aventura location. Congrats for growing and opening so many Amazonicas!

My husband and I got a double-mango & strawberry smoothie. It was absolutely delicious. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the smoothie was very pricy. The gratuity is included by default so the total rounded to $13 for 1 smoothie.
The staff were friendly. Their setup is super cute.
