We opted for the cheaper seats this time. Well staffed and clean facilities. Good amount of choices for refreshments. As with all theaters, the snacks are expensive. Overall it was a good experience.

Fun, clean, and with tons of theater types and movies. It also has a full service bar. We recently rented out an entire theater for the cost of about 5 adult tickets for an older movie. It was a blast!

Alittle annoyed that I paid for the A-list and wasn't able to go to "front of line" like I'm suppose to. Regular ticket payers both got tickets and food counter before me. But movie theater was clean and movie was great.

Just saw LOTR Fellowship here in IMAX. Super fun, theater was socially distanced and everyone wore a mask. Good times and felt safe.

Great staff and clean theaters. Covid guidelines aren't restrictive of the experience but you do have assigned seats

I am an A-list member that always sees one of the last movies of the day, but I have been disappointed time after time.the concession is never serving hot food when I arrive. I work late, and can make it just in time for one of the last showings, but can never order “hot food”. IOf it’s not that, the bar is limited. It is always something since they re-opened. Trying to be patient giving COVID circumstances, but certainly am frustrated.

3 stars i saw 2 people without masks yesterday and they had food in their hands but aren't eating it nor drinking it can you please have staff walk around the halls after each movie is finished i really dont wanna get this virus and do some temperature checks too

Definitely following COVID safety. Everyone distanced, theater clean, far from at capacity. A+ on protocol. Sound quality on IMAX theater is superb, seats are comfy, plenty of leg room. Enjoyed finally getting back to the movies!

Great park. Clean theater. Did the digital theater for my latest movie great sound with a big screen. I also has IMAX.

My personal experience with AMC Altamonte was very memorable the staff was friendly and helpful the place was clean they made it a point to have all of the seats the theaters social distance. I would definitely go back to AMC Altamonte and I will definitely be telling my friends

The theatres are great but the food service can be very inconsistent. When asking for gourmet popcorn, we were given stale popcorn at the bottom of the bin instead of being made or asking if we'd like new popcorn.

I'm a frequent customer at this movie theater so to write this negative review is challenging. Every time I come here I have nothing but good experiences but today was horrible. My boyfriend and I are under the age of 20 and college students. We came 20 minutes early to see the new Wonder Woman movie and 10 minutes later followed a white family of 4. Due to covid-19 we were supposed to have a space between the family and I but we didn't. The father of the family went to security to "handle" the seating mix-up. What I can't understand is why did the security guard check my boyfriend and I first, instead of the other end of the white family, which happened to be even more caucasian people. I was offended and scared. We were in the right seats but the other caucasian people were the ones in the wrong seat and they were there longer than us! I would like to note we are African American.

Amazing sound and picture, great staff, too. But before they play the movie, be ready for at least 20 minutes of previews.

It's good. Great mall has the movies that come out has tons of snacks (wish it would have fresh hot food) but it's good. Staff is usually sweet never had an issue with them

Always clean and well organized! My number one choice for movies and concessions! They also follow social distancing and the staff is excellent!

Theatre 8 I max does not have recliner seats or heating even though it said it did. 17 bucks for the ticket. The other imax theatre 10 does however check beforehand to know what theatre your movie is playing in
