AMC Bayou 15, Pensacola FL

This place is in serious need of an update and cleaning. The floors and carpets are sticky from spilled sodas. Some of the seats in the theaters are broken. The sound quality and actual picture on the screen are ok. The concession prices are absolutely outrageous though. I would love to see it deep cleaned and at the very least have some new chairs installed in all the theaters. Also, you're going to want a jacket or a blanket because it is freezing in here!

Enjoyed the theater. The staff that were there were great. The place is clean. You can tell that 2020 and part of 2021 have done a number on staffing but I can see them bouncing back once the government gets out of the way.

Favorite theater in the area. Assigned seating takes the stress out of having to be early. Decent snake bar. IMAX theaters are impressive

I live all the way across town and I looked up movie times online to watch a new movie. I planned it out for my only day off. I get there at the time I looked up online and they said that I wasn't going to be able to see the movie as it was already halfway over. I was informed that they had not updated the times online and to try again another day. It's not my fault they're not professional but they still wasted my precious time.

One of the cleanest theaters I have been in. The staff were all friendly and the food was good but as always very overpriced.

I went for a music documentary. The staff was friendly and helpful. The theater was clean and comfortable. I had a great time!

Great to be back in the movie theater after such a long time. We had friendly service and great popcorn. My son and I had a super fun time at the newest Marvel movie. A great experience!

Theater has really gone downhill! We saw huge movie that was released a week ago and it was shown in one of the smallest theaters there! There was a huge stain on the screen, and I guess the A/C must have been out because it was extremely hot. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and the area around the concession was likewise horrid. I'm a member of their stubs program and pay every year for the purks, I would gladly pay more for a movie if there was a more decent place around. When AMC bought out The Rave I asked a manager if it was going to go downhill and was promised improvement not the opposite! What a disappointment! I'll add photos later.

I love coming here to watch movies either on my own or with friends. The only reason why it's at 4 stars is because of how whenever I try to get an interview to work here I'm told to enter an online interview and then call, but after going through those steps I'd never get an answer to the call. I've tried calling on weekdays when they aren't as busy and I still fail to get past the automated voice message stage.

It would be nice if they would actually turn on the sound before the movie starts. You want us to sit thru all of your advertisement's and previews and all I can hear is the breathing of the out of shape people around me! BTW we told them the sound was off and they didn't care

In my personal opinion this is the better AMC.dont have to pick seats, its less crowded, and still has great food options.

Awesome! Movies are still fun. Food prices could be less or quality should improve. Hotdog, 2 drinks, and a large popcorn cost $35.00. Seeing James Bond on the big screen with another Bond fan, priceless!

If you want to see a movie in the best possible way, this IMAX is the way to go. Nothing I found near here even compares. Makes many of my family members sick (motion sickness, esp the 3-D showings) but imo that speaks to how awesome it is. You can reserve seats and sometimes on premieres you get free posters.

Not so much the theaters fault over the movies and people talking, went to see the new marvel movie and the people behind us talked and one guy actually played the trailer on his phone during the movie

Favorite theater. First time going to the movies since before COVID started. Was great to also watch a classic movie in the theater for the first time ever. Labyrinth 35th Anniversary

How do people even enjoy this theatre? Must have never been to another because this is a sad theatre. The seats feel and look like they came out of the dump. Why would you not have reclining seats in 2021, and in a big city? I was in the imax part too. The inside was super hot at the movie as well and the drinks come out of a generic soda flvor changing station. The imax part just seemed like they turned the volume up. The screen looked very odd and dated also. Overall an abysmal theatre. I don't even want to know what the perma closed one was like. Ill be driving an hour if I want to see a film again.

The best theater in Pensacola. I wish AMC would upgrade it and give us a Dolby room. Shame they removed the small arcade leftover from The Rave days.

This place is 5 star Monday through Friday afternoon and on Sundays. We have been twice, once on Friday and once on Saturday nights, and had to leave each time. Teenagers sneaking in through side entrances and running up and down multiple theater rooms constantly, being obnoxiously loud as though they have never been in public. Staff seemed to be taking care of it as we left at least. I rate the Teenagers a zero out of 50.
