AMC CLASSIC Boulevard 10, Miramar Beach FL

This amc doesn’t have recliner chairs.when I checked it stated it had. I have a bad back problem and a 2hr movie was a problem.

Literally a disgusting place, smells like a sweaty boys locker room, never been cleaned. It is way too hot in the theatres as well, I don’t think they turn on the AC.

My worst theater experience ever. Popcorn was stale. The butter that you add yourself tasted rotten. The red vines I got were stale and way passed date. I went to find new ones and NONE of them were in date. One was even from 2022. They had to go to the back to replace mine. I heard another customer tell an employee the bathrooms were destroyed and disgusting so I didn't even go in. The whole place smelled like a sewer. Dark, dingy, dirty. Zero stars if I could.

Horrible experience. Stale popcorn. Filthy theater auditorium, and ladies room was worse than your bad gas station toilet. Will not return.

Need better employess, they didnt seem to care at all. No hair or bears nets for people preparing food. Had no hustle at all. Lines backing up.

Hot theater and bathrooms were disgusting. Long way to drive for such a disappointing atmosphere. I could have stayed in FWB.

PLZ stop believing the fake good reviews! This place is the WORST seriously. Took my family today and we bought our tix online, had I not done so I would’ve walked right out. As soon as you enter you can tell it’s very dirty and unkept. It was dark in the lobby, none of the arcade area was in service, drink station was a mess, puddles of water or drink all on the floor. Floor was sticky throughout im assuming from people walking back from drink station. It smells really bad in the building, but once I saw the carpets I clearly could see why. The dirtiest theater I’ve ever been to, can’t even believe they stay open! Bathrooms were equally disgusting. Too hot to even enjoy the movie as AC was not truly cooling at all. It rained while we watched movie and when we walked out a leak was just coming down onto the carpet like no big deal just splashing down! I told my kids to go around while workers just stood to the side chatting not even alerting anyone or placing something for it to land on. I wanted to laugh it off at how truly bad this place was and move on never to visit again but seeing the 4.5 rating just makes me mad! Dear owner, use the same energy you use to write fake good reviews towards fixing the place!

Very disappointing. Went to watch the new transformers on thursday night. There wasnt any food or snacks but popcorn. The theater was dirty. Like it wasnt swept between movies

We went to see a matinee. It wasn't so busy when we got there. Waited in line for about 20 minutes to get snacks, but we purchased our tickets in advance so no problem waiting. The seats weren't assigned like other places. We didn't get the ideal spots but not bad. Only complaint was the tables were sticky. Needed to be wiped down. Recommend wiping them after each showing. Other than that, the chairs were comfortable. It was a great experience overall.

The filthiest theatre I’ve ever been to. I write this not to complain, but in sincere hopes corporate is made aware and get things sorted. A friend chose not to stay for our movie because the theatre was physically dirty and smelled of mildew and sweat. They were made so uncomfortable, they would rather forfeit money than see the movie they had anticipated for months. The bathrooms were so filthy it was almost comical. It’s in a lovely location and has SO much potential… please please do better.

Worst movie theater experience ever. I was actually shocked. I’m a local and always heard good things about this theater in years past but today was nothing good. We will stick to the AMC in the Commons. We purchased tickets to see Transformers before reading the reviews which was my first mistake. I started reading the reviews on my way to the theater and wanted a refund but my fiancé said we should just try it out and see for ourselves. You walk into the place and the floors are filthy. Popcorn was super stale and dry. Soda cups and lids were very weak and popped off easily. The screen was also very blurry. The SMELL OF THE CARPETS WAS AWFUL THOUGH! We spent allll this money just to LEAVE FIVE MINUTES INTO WALKING INTO THE THEATER. The smell was that bad. It started getting stronger as we sat down to watch the movie. Do not recommend. They need a good carpet cleaning, renovations, and more workers because I was highly disappointed and grossed out.

We really enjoy this theatre but I think they stopped doing the dining club after AMC took over. The only thing that keeps it from being 5 star is the prices are a little high but that's expected for the location.

Pros: good movie selections and of course the pop corn is good.

Cons: the smell of this theater is VERY bad. It smells like the carpets need to be cleaned. It’s a mildew/sour smell all over the entire building. The bathrooms are also very run down. This theater could be great if it had a major clean up.

Haven't been 2 a theater in quite sometime! The restrooms including family restroom were beyond disgusting, I wonder what else they dont clean? U have been warned!

This is the most disgusting, dirty theater I have went to and watched a movie in. The smell of sour rotten carpets, mildew stinch made it difficult to enjoy the movie. There was literally food all over the floors. Looks like they have not cleaned in 20years. Stay away for your own health! Nasty!

Friday, 26 May 23,2pm. This was our first visit, my husband and I, to the Boulevard 10 theater in Miramar Beach FL, to enjoy the showing of "The Little Mermaid, " which by the way was very
good. When we first walked in, the concession area was dark and had huge fans blowing air which we assumed the air conditioning may have been malfunctioning, not sure. Once we got our tickets and snacks, we proceeded to our assigned theater. You could see and smell that the theater definitely needed a cleaning. Once in the theater, the floors had huge white stains under seats, maybe disinfectant, which you could smell plus trash under seats. The women's bathroom was dirty and the family bathroom was absolutely filthy. Stains on toilet seat and in toilet bowl with brown substances on floor and trash overflowing. Maybe there's a shortage of employees or a needed re-training of proper cleaning techniques, however, we definitely will not be visiting again. The theater looks like a state of the art facility but has lost its luster. Hopefully steps will be taken for immediate improvement. Thank you. SLBH

This theater is not doing well coming out of the pandemic. Under staffed, very dirty, broken missing fixtures. Ceiling tiles missing inside the auditoriums. The staff were very nice, but overworked. The self service kioskd were removed. If you made an online ticket purchase with the AMC app, you have to get into the huge line to get your tickets printed. We sat in the former Ovations Auditorium that was once a Dinner Theater prior to COVID, and it was strange. The chairs were comfortable and the tables attached appreciated, but sad the dinner service was eliminated.
