Nice theater. It was clean the lines went quick. Enjoyed the experience. Like everything else it has become expensive.

The location is nice, there's many nearby restaurants for before or after the movies. The movies theater itself is kept clean and the popcorn is of good quality. Ordering your tickets online works well, in some cases you don't Have to wait in line behind people who havnt gotten tickets yet since yours can be scaned. As always, prices are normally high, as of recently their movie themed buckets for specific movies have been overpriced. That however Is more of a company decision, and not the individual theaters.: 3

Watched Circus Maximus and paid $25 for each ticket because according to Travis Scott’s website ppl that bought Tickets would get a Free T-Shirt at the theater when checking in. Hence why the tickets were more expensive than a regular ticket.

Asked the worker when checking in and he was rude and dismissive saying they don’t have those and didn’t know anything all while walking away from me. Super RUDE! So I should’ve not had to pay $25 each ticket if there was no free Tshirt then

Workers prob kept all the shirt to resell.

Comfortable seats. Clean theater. However you need to take out a loan to get your snacks. Staff was friendly.

Anthony is great! Reason I come three times a week because the service is great! He needs a raise!

Loved the smooth transaction of getting ticket, reservations, and concession. Seats are so comfy too.

I prefer Fleming Island Theater over Orange Park which is closer.
It just feels nicer and Orange Park Mall has too many crimes.

There was nobody in the theater but multiple bathrooms were closed for cleaning. Saw a good movie. Friendly staff. Stayed away from overpriced snacks.

My husband and I went to see John Wick. Theater was clean. Lounge chairs were comfortable. Great experience and will definitely return.

I’ve been to pretty much every movie theater in Jacksonville and this one was the most depressing. To begin with, the lobby looked incredibly dull and had an odd layout. It was not clear as to who we should show our online tickets to. Furthermore, the popcorn from the concession stand had zero flavor, as if they didn’t add salt. Finally, my seat in Theater 9 had a broken seat cushion. To top it all off, one of the employees came in during our movie, presumably on their break with a large bag of fast food. I wouldn’t mind them watching the movie, but the sound of their food was incredibly distracting. I do not foresee myself coming back here unless I absolutely have to. Things were better under their old management.

Very displeased we went to see the sound of freedom and the Airconditioning was out staff found it amusing

Very impressed. The friendliness and multi tasking abilities of the team tonight was on point. We had a LARGE party for Spider-Man and placed a large order. Everyone behind the counter was attentive and working more efficiently than a chick fil a drive through! Great job! Love it here

Very clean facilities. Enjoyed my movie and the staff was pleasant. Food is super pricey but then again, it’s a movie theatre lol. Good experience so def would recommend!

Our favorite Tuesday date night. Always a clean theater and friendly staff. Popcorn hot & fresh!

Decent experience, the theatre has comfortable reclining seats, less issues with rowdy unaccompanied teenagers than the Orange Park mall location.

It was confusing figuring out that the cash register person was the only one checking tickets. Other theaters let you skip the line when you pay online.
Also the theatre smalls are in easy to steal locations. If my kids were young they'd have tried. In this post COVID era it seems extraordinarily careless for them to just be sitting there susceptible to all manner of germs. So grateful I snuck my own in.
Wheelchair seating is in the nauseating front row (practically) I almost severely hurt myself getting to the E row since it's MUCH easier to see from there.

Place was very clean and nice! Was our first time here and really enjoy it! The employee's was nice too!

First time there. It was awesome. I got us my favorite seats and had drinks and snacks brought to us. The reclining chairs are very comfortable
