AMC West Oaks 14, Ocoee FL

During pandemic, AMC west oaks, has protections in place. Yet, seemed one of sanitation cloth stations was a little dry. Theater is cleaner than pre-pandemic. Seating was perfect in auditorium #4, on opening day of Rya and the last dragon.

One of the best experiences in a theatre ever, so much detail in the building, the staff was super friendly, the theatre room was amazing leather seats and the sound system was awesome

I like the big seating they have here. I've been in quite a few of the theaters in the building and I think all the theaters have the big seating. There are closer theaters, but I come here for the seating. During covid times, they seem to be following what is needed for me to feel safe. All the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Best staff, first run, awards nominated films, excellent safety precautions and good pricing. My first theater film in over a year. Great to go back!

Had a really good experience and felt safe. Super spread out. Thanks for the refill after I accidentally spilt my popcorn before the movie even started. The employee made me feel better about myself when she said it happens to all of us! Sorry for the mess that I created.

If you ignore the insane concession pricing, the theater is pretty good. Seats are very comfortable and movie prices are fair.

Great comfortable/adjustable seats. Clean. Some movies are played in smaller theaters that is the only downside sometimes with popular movies. Since the renovation it has to be one of the best movie theaters in Orlando but for half the price.

This AMC can stand the test of time! Lol one of my favorites to go to! They have taken all of the right steps given the Covid situation! I had a movie theater all to myself! It was amazing. Very clean and the staff was friendly

I recently went to see a movie and I ordered 3 small orders of popcorn, 3 small drinks and a bag of air heads. To my dismay the total cost was $50.00 and that was only for those food items! I feel like I was totally taken advantage of.
The lights went out including the movie screen and there was not any back up lights we sat in n pitch black darkness for about 10 minutes! I do not plan to return!

The theaters were clean and comfortable. Although attendance is greatly lower due to the pandemic, there are no letdowns to dampen the experience.

It was nice and clean; friendly, professional, and very assistive management and staff (though, just don't try to attempt pulling a fast one, they're definitely on the ball with communication between FOH (ticket booth/takers) and BOH (concession) which is as it should be, not that I/we would EVER even consider such, but I could easily see this within our certain situation that was handled professionally and more than satisfactorily.

Prices have gone up, but due to an incident between the app and charges, I can't complain about the pricing to much for this visit as we were well taken care of. AMC (especially here) has an excellent customer service oriented attitude and truly cares about addressing concerns, even if it means, they lose out, rather than the customers.

I know that CoViD has done a HUGE number on the world, let alone the film industry with many competitor companies, either closing, merging, being sold, and/or any combination.

Sadly, rate hikes ALSO become the new norm. Not ONLY in the film/movie and theatre sectors, but in entertainment as a whole, as well as other retail and consumer points of necessity/interest.

The worst part of it all, because many of these companies (much like the movie theatre industry) have suffered dramatic income loss, they're ALL trying to pass on their losses to the customers, which makes many very unwilling to return.

My guess (though completely uneducated, unresearched, and undocumented), for every 1 person "braving the rapids", making the eager rush and push to get back into, as much as is NOW possible, of what was a once normal routine, in this current anything but normal society, has at least 3-5 whom either are unwilling to chance coming back out into these establishments and businesses, or after having been raked over the coals, so-to-speak, with regards of price inflation, will not be AS willing to return; or at the very least, not as regularly as was previous to all of this madness.

The other thing is, I'm most certain that, many of these businesses, had access to financial assistance due to CoViD. Whether they accepted or not, that isn't changing their rate hikes in order to recoup on top of whatever they may/may not have been able to receive compensation for.

My first time back in a theater since Feb.and it was an amazing experience. It was my daughter's 16th birthday we rented out a theater and there was some mix up with booking. Valerie made it all happen. She was so accommodating and so helpful thank you soo much. It made her day! We'll definetly be back to support our local movie theater. Super clean and felt 100% safe.

I went there today with my family and the experience was worst than awful. A group of 6-7 teenagers were coming in and out the movie, talking, screaming, throwing food over our heads, running, jumping. I went out twice to get assistance and only one AMC worker came to our movie, stayed there for less than 25 seconds and left. Yes, I got passes for another movie instead of refund but that's not it. It was a family afternoon wasted because no one did something to get them out of the movie theather. I am pretty sure those teenagerd paid only for watch one moving and kept just getting in an out from one room to other. Just awful!

Neat and clean as always especially now and staff wearing mask. They aren't taking cash at the concession counter which is understandable. I went to a Friday 4: 30 show and there were only 3 including myself in the show I went to see.

I felt confident that they took every precaution to be clean and remain safe during my visit. I don't feel that the movie going experience has been hindered much at all.

Fathom Event started OVER a half hour late because someone forgot to get it started. Audience members had to go complain.
No 3-d glasses handed out to our group, so I missed the first 5 minutes of the film running back up to the ticket taker to get them: (

Loved it, the place is so big, the staff was super nice so the service was good, it is amc so the prices for food there are kind of expensive, we had the flat bread chicken bbq pizza and it was good. The quality of the movie is amazing, super big screen, the chairs lean back so your feet go up, super comfy. Everything was clean. It wasn't busy so everything was calm and that's always nice. Definitely going there again.
