AMC Weston 8, Sunrise FL

I've been coming here before it was owned by AMC. The remodel that AMC accomplished with this is night and day.

Great service, comfortable sits and movies all day long! Very cheap $5.00 at the morning. The food is alittle expensive but for the ticket price it worth it. Don't doubt to go there

The auditoriums are great with the reclining seats and great picture and sound, but the convenience store is getting quite expensive. Over $20 for pretzel and a soda? That is just too much

Been a patron since I was a child. The staff are always lovely and helpful, there are more food options than one can count (at typical theatre prices:/) and they do clean after every showing. Nothing unpleasant here, and fantastic sound systems. Big:)

Comfy small room capacity i like as it was good searing to screen ratio sound was really good recliner were comfy temperature wasnt too cold

Wow! Horrible! The power went out randomly during the movie, no storm outside and the whole theater's projection system went down. Didn't seem like they were organized enough to solve the issue either.:/ So disappointed

Awesome theater! Clean and has plenty of friendly people.
I loved the reclining chairs and the fact that there weren’t any screaming children.
Me and my husband just went to celebrate our 3rd anniversary and watched Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
The experience was great.

My God the reclining chairs are AMAZING! Most theaters have those basic seats which could get uncomfortable but these seats make watching movies super enjoyable but the reason I gave it 4 stars is because it doesn't really have a wide variety of movies but I sure they will expand in the future

******THIS PLACE IS HAUNTED! A WOMAN DIED AT THIS THEATER AND MANY PEOPLE REPORT SEEING A GHOSTLY WOMAN! I IN FACT I WAS WATCHING A MOVIE IN ONE OF THE THEATERS BY MYSELF AND WITNESSED A WOMAN APPEAR OUT OF NOWHERE NEAR THE SCREEN AND WALK RIGHT THRU THE WALL!

Nice theater with comfortable and spacious seating. Can’t go wrong seeing a movie here. Feels less crowded than the other local (larger) theaters

Quiet theater although it was a matinee in the middle of the summer. But seating was great and staff was super friendly. Go AMC!

Loved this theater. Small, clean and recline seating. Also love the bar. Had a great drink and the bartender was friendly and helpful. Thank you for Starting my mothers day on a positive note) I will be back)

Good clean movie theater when not too busy. At times can be hectic and not well kept during busiest hours.

It has been a much more pleasant experience coming to this theater ever since they had done the renovation. It was in such a dire need of an upgrade. Now the seats are so much more comfortable, I can really relax with my daughters when we go to the movies here. Theater parking is equally good.

We normally go to Paragon Ridge, but had an AMC gift card, so we tried this place out. The seats were okay, but Paragon's are wider and more comfortable. The biggest complaint was the distance between the reclined seat and the barrier. We sat in the very back row, which was separated from the next set of rows by a barrier. My feet were literally touching the barrier, if anybody had needed to get by me, I would have had to put my chair back up. Admittedly, I'm quite tall, but at Paragon, there's a good 12-18 inches between the fully-reclined chair and the next row, and I've never had my feet anywhere near the barrier. People have pushed strollers through with no trouble.

The theater had also not been cleaned well. There was a lot of trash and sticky residue in my cup holder. I didn't need to use it, but still, it was gross.

Ever since AMC bought this place and renovated it, it's the best theater to go to if you live in Weston. Comfy, reclining seats and great theaters and sound.
