It’s such a hassle to get in contact with these people! No one ever answers the phones. We had deadlines to meet and missed them because “people were out of the office”. As a management company, they need to be managed better.

Refuse to follow LEGAL ADVICE from The Housing Authorties. Stocked. Harrassed Paraplegic, Takiing pictures and lieing. Tom an Scott are buddies and they are cruel lazy lies. Scott blamed Tom for all the problems the paraplegic was having. No one here wNts to be on the board, as they don't want to be blamed for what thee two do. I would let you see

They handle my HOA fee for the community the staff is great any issues they resolve promptly

We have had Ameri-Tech for 7 months and they have done nothing to improve our Park. Our dumpster is always overflowing they should be calling the Trash company to get them on a schedule. They are supposed to dump the dumpsters Mon/Wed/Fridays there not. Our park residents are very disappointed in this company.

Chris Kelley is absolutely in the wrong profession. She is responsible for managing our property and impossible to get communications from her. If you do get her she is short and unprofessional. Rude no matter the situation. She is very disrespectful to the people who pay part of her pay check. I wouldn’t recommend them due to her lack of professionalism.

Ameritech should really do better. Chris Kelly “represents” (I use this VERY lightly) our community. If you, as the homeowner, have a concern, do not expect her to hear you about your concern. The blame is placed on the homeowner. We were told she does not make “special trips” to look into things. If it weren’t for homeowners paying their HOA fees, she wouldn’t have a job. If we get responses via email they are short and rude. It amazes me the disrespect the homeowners get in the way she treats them and talks to them. She speaks to you like you are beneath her, just all around very disrespectful. We have witnessed, in person at one of our HOA meetings, how rude she is when people tried to voice their concerns. This is uncalled for! We as homeowners are SICK of it!

I can’t fully express my frustration with this company. Always charged more and more, arbitrary, annoying and petty “policies”, and overall behavior representative of lazy, incompetent and seedy personnel. Think twice; I promise you can do better than AmeriTech

I've had the pleasure of working with Ameri-Tech Community Management for several years now and I am very happy with their level of service and prompt response for payment on invoices. Jenny Kidd has been a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this management company

If it were possible for me to give negative stars I would certainly do so. Don't expect a call back if you leave a voicemail, it will never come. If you continually call and email and threaten a lawsuit, talk to the office manager or threaten to call a board
member is the only way to finally get a response. This is absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced! Just received an email from them saying that they talked to me about my issue and that is complete fabrication. Don't work with these liars.

Just wondering when the dead palm tree that has been in front of my neighborhood for months will be taken down. Guess they’re too busy sending letters/threatening everyone in the neighborhood about their yard to be bothered to fix their own problem.

Want to overpay for incompetence and mediocrity? Hire these people. Between obtaining all financial information for the WRONG property and paying 4x as much as their contracted rate, you're going to be underwhelmed by their managers, financial secretaries and mostly their VP of marketing. And most importantly, you'll end up broke from all their administrative fees. They promised to fix our property issues only to take all our money, and dismiss us 30 days later.

I had a chance in the last three weeks to deal with Ameritech. After looking at the reviews I was a little concerned, but after working with them I’m thrilled. Karen is a great asset. Everybody in the office was pleasant really enjoyed working with them.

Terrible company!
My mother who is 91 years old has had a water leak in her condo for over a month at Coastal Ridge in Largo. My sister and I have been calling for help. The master bedroom actually has stud’s showing from the water leak, after many phone calls to the representative she called out a roofer. He said water is leaking between my moms and her neighbors seem in the building. No phone call from the representative named Beverly Neubecker. This a terrible management company. They do not care! Definitely play games and do not do their job. It should have a negative 5 stars. It hurt to give one.

Has violated our rights in many occasions, especially David Fedash. They do not enforce rules fairly, and they do not follow their own rules or state regulations for HOA’s. Would absolutely not use them to manage anything real estate or community related. No humility or humanity in the way they operate.

Beware of this company because you choose the scare. Unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend and the notion of all the most current and recent bad reviews sums it up. Best of luck to whover attempts to conduct business with them.

I can’t put into words how bad this company is! Since they have over seen our property it’s been a nightmare! If this is the last company on earth do not hire them!

The property manager for Regency Key Townhomes is David Drake. I have sent multiple email inquiries since January 2023, with photos, and he has never responded. Not one single time. Keep in mind, the damage took place in August 2022 and was never addressed, so it was escalated to David. I take pride in my property. I wish Ameri-Tech did. See photos of roof ceiling caving in. I am not looking forward to the rainy season.

You can speak to Phil, Jenny or Karen- 3 different stories. They really must be overwhelmed with issues- can not necessarily be honest. It's a shame.
