11Called to find out if they had in stock, since I was unable to obtain from two other vendors for the past 5 months! They placed me on hold to go look!:) I placed the order and had it in my hands within a week. And now an email for a 10% discount on my next purchase without even requiring I complete this review, that's customer service in my book. American AED definitely has our business and will tell others. Thank You!
The trainer was absolutely fantastic. She was engaging, knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient as questions were asked. I really appreciated her professionalism. We had a class of 10 students, but she managed the entire time very well.
Service was outstanding. The knowledge our sales person, Jenny Vega, has is incredible! She asked what I was trying to do and found exactly what I wanted. The products - Phillips AED, the cabinet, and the manikin are perfect for what I wanted to do. Jenny really guided me in what I needed and I got everything I need. This was a great experience.

Twice I tried ordering an AED from them. Both times I asked if it was in stock before ordering. The first time I let them string me along for months of promises it was going to ship any day. I cancelled that order and got a refund. A couple months later I decided to try them again. Once again I was told it was in stock and would ship immediately. After a few days, I asked again and was told it was in stock and would ship within a few days. Today I get an email saying it's not in stock and there's a delay. Do not waste your time with these guys as they will just lie about having items they do not have. I am once again asking for a refund and will dispute with my credit card if they do not refund me my money. I just ordered the exact same unit from AED USA and they are shipping it today and I will have it in 3 days.
I have, for a year, had excellent customer service from Jenny Vega. She has been easy to reach, very helpful, explains my options well and clearly.
Horrible. I'm a small business owner and my customer (a public venue) has been without 2 of their AEDs for over a month now). Confirmed directly with them on 8/8 they have 3 batteries and 2 pads in stock and "ready to ship. " No ship. Chased them down and told, "warehouse under-staffed and will ship by end of month. " EOM came and went. Had to email twice and call twice to get a person, who said it will be at least another week. Only 6 people in the warehouse out of usual 14 and "they prioritized big orders for end of month. " So lesson learned-if you're a big/important customer to them, you MIGHT get better service, but if you're an individual or small business, shop elsewhere where you are not lied to and put on the bottom of their work list.
Plenty of advertising on site indicates shipping within 24 hours of order. After order was placed, manufacturer delays pushed orders out 3-4 weeks. Nothing shipped until I called 1 month later, with some items still backordered. Now, 2 weeks later, those items still show available to order on the website, but are on backorder when I call to find the status of the ones I ordered.

From start to finish, Jennifer Vega was attentive, prompt, and professional. What was most impressive in these days of "supply chain" woes, Ms Vega never made a promise she couldn't keep! I really appreciated the genuine customer service.so rare these days!
