For me, they are liars and scammers, my wife and daughter went looking for a vanity for the bathroom and the size they were looking for was not available and they had to be ordered when they picked it up and took it to the house and I see that it was made of wood.compressed, we say return it, it wasn't because we wanted to, we assumed we would find higher quality products than at Home Depot, a vanity like the one they sold me cost about 190 dollars at Home Depot and they were selling it to me for 500 something ridiculous, but when I wanted to return it they told us that we had to pay a return fee for being a costumer product, I don't know what they call costumer just because they didn't have it in the store, they tell me that the receipt said so, number one they never said that you are made of compressed wood, two they never gave the receipt and 3 when I return it I ask for the receipt. It doesn't say that either, it only says that they would charge a fee if the special order product is not in condition to be sold again.
They are liars and took advantage of two women who didn't know what they were buying.
I'm going to make sure this is known everywhere.

Horrible customer service and incredibly unprofessional. I had a family member buy a bathroom vanity that was claimed as authentic wood and upon further inspection it was not, it was cheap material and overpriced. When we went back to return (within 24hrs) we were told we would be charged 25% due to it being “damaged and unsellable” despite it being completely unused or even opened. Don’t waste your money here.

Went a few days ago. There was a guy setting up displays, and he was very attentive. He said he didn't know much about certain items but directed me to a salesman who was knowledgeable in bathroom remodels. I went to him for help, but he seemed more interested in his cell phone rather than helping me. An older lady came in, and he was quick to help her. Felt a bit discriminated against even though I am latin, just like the salesman that didn't help. The gentleman who was very attentive was Caucasian. But trying to bring race into it, just trying to be descriptive so that the owners know what is going on.

Came looking for faucet hoses wich they did had and also found the Vanity mirror and lamp at a really good price.
But the help and courteous mannered staff was priceless.

OMG, what a company. I had ordered a vanity over a month ago from a major home remodeling company. Needless to say, I received a call notifying me that the vanity was NEVER shipped. Here I am in the middle of a bathroom remodel with no vanity. So, in a desperate attempt, I started looking in OfferUp. And there it was, AMERICAN BATH. I saw a vanity I liked so I contacted the store. They are my saviors. They had the vanity in stock and ready for pickup. The quality of the vanity is superior. The customer service was AMAZING! Beware of defective merchandise that is being sold without disclosing it is “reconditioned “.
I bought a bathroom sink from them, it is a nice piece at a reasonable price. It appeared to be in perfect brand new condition, it wasn’t until months latter that I felt a ridge on the porcelain bowl while cleaning it. What I thought it was dried up toothpaste at first, turned out to be a crack on the porcelain that had been repaired with some type of filler, this didn’t came to surface until after some months of use/cleaning. It wasn’t noticeable when I first bought it. Very deceiving, very disappointed.

Made a purchase of a bathroom cabinet and a faucet, the sales girl told me that the faucet was Crome and never will get rusty, for my surprise it’s getting rusty, my shower head is 20 years old from a regular hardware store, and it’s intact. I don’t like the fact that I was lied about what I was buying, my advice for your sales personal is, be thrustful and honest and don’t sell just for commission. Adding pictures of how bad the faucet got after a year and a half looking like if it was 29 years old
