6My sliding glass door completely shattered for no reason. It was not hit, or damaged by nature…it just shattered. I have been trying to get it replaced by American Builders for 4 months. The customer service is horrible. No one returns phone calls or messages. I do not recommend this company…. Find some one else

Went in for a job interview. Plant was clean, everybody had on personal safety equipment and the hiring manager was very friendly and knowledgeable
I would give them a zero if I could. Have been waiting 2 months for a replacement sliding door panel, the slider won't close properly. Their customer rep guy quit on them, no one followed up with me. They installed several brand new windows, 3 of which wouldn't close, replaced them on my own dime (bought them elsewhere). Trying to reach them, no response. Avoid the headache and the stress, buy from someone else. My next step will probably be legal action. I am posting this review hoping that someone from American Builders Supply will read it and contact me.
Unloaded fairly quickly. Older place so it's a little tight. Opens at 8 am
