It is a wonderful center for the quality of care of its doctors and all the workers, especially Mrs. Maritza who is attentive even to the patients' birthdays.

My name is Virginia and I have been going to American Care for about 2 1/2 years and the experience that I have had there has it moment but one of the medical assistant girl Maria she is so kind so sweet and caring when she does my blood work I dont feel any pain. She always asked me how my family is doing and how I am doing. She always let me know what she’s going to do before she does it she’s is very professional, soft spoken voice. When I know she’s gonna be there I know I’m gonna have a good day, but everybody there is very kind and generous but she stands out along with Dr. Davila he has gone above and beyond for me as a patient. He takes his time discussing my health and explaining everything to me which I appreciate at my age.

I hope I can give them one star. The dr here is DISGUSTING! And the medical assistant is even worse. I think her name is Mara or Maria or something like that and checa should have his license revoked. Why? They talk trash about the patients. I heard him saying about one lady that she never does what he tells her and she could find another dr and I heard the staff say that the Medicaid patients don’t really matter. I seriously don’t know how they finessed to 4.7 stars but I think it’s rigged. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY DONT EVEN HELP YOU

These people are not together all I needed was for them to transfer my medical records to the other facility and they acting like that's so hard. I keep calling and they keep telling me the samething. People make the easiest thing so difficult. They are very lazy and sorry. Who be hiring these lazy and sorry people. They don't want to be bother so they need to stay home getting a paycheck for nothing. Sorry and lazy humans at this facility. Majority of doctors office are like this sorry and lazy staff.
