Absolute perfection!
I have a Ford F350 dually and needed new steering stabilizers installed. Within 30 minutes, the installation was completed and I was ready to go about my day.
The ease of dealing with these guys far surpasses the tire shops down the street and the dealership wait times.
I went to these guys years ago for a truck bed cover and had forgotten that they did modifications like this. I will always go to them first moving forward.

We highly recommend. They notified me of a problem not related to the work they were doing on our truck. They do not work on this problem, but we are thankful they notified us of the issue. They did a lift on our truck in the past and we have had no issues.

Was referred by a neighbor about installing rock lights for my 2023 NissanTitan. I had various questions as this will be my first vehicle lighting set up. Josh and AJ took the time to listen, explain, and show me examples of the differences in lighting components and styles. Even after my truck was ready for pick up, still took the time to show me all the functions and how to use the phone app. The work was done neatly, and under the time specified for delivery. I don't have my truck back yet but I just left after showing up at their door this morning with a broken control arm. Even though they are by appointment only they understood the urgency and got me taken care of right away. The labor rates are very fair.

By far the only shop in Jacksonville I will ever trust any of work to be done on my truck. Coming from Houston, I knew I had to find a shop that’s professionalism, and expertise that would exceed my expectations. The owner & his crew are very knowledgeable, and care taking of concerns. Had a popping sound coming from the front of my truck when making sharper turns throughout my day. I hadn’t noticed it before until I got my truck back last week from the dealership who was fixing some warranty covered issues. The dealership told me about it and said it’s probably coming from my leveling kit which was installed incorrectly before I purchased the truck. I took it to Josh here at American Custom and he took a look and said the leveling kit looked just fine. He took time out of his busy day and drove around with me a block to see if he could figure it out. He hears the issues and takes my truck into his shop really quickly with Chris, they lift the truck for a moment and find the issue within minutes. The bearings on my truck were not properly tightened back in from the dealership, they gave me back my truck in a very dangerous state and shoved the problem off on something completely unrelated. I can’t thank Josh and Chris enough, they were top notch guys who were genuinely concerned about helping me out. Looking to get a new set of tires for my truck in the near future and I’m honestly excited to go see them again and give them much earned business. If you’re having troubles with your truck or just want to treat yourself upgrading your ride this is the place to go!

This shop does good work, and they’re one of the few shops that let you supply your own parts.

I had a tonneau cover put on the back of my truck and the tailgate handle replaced for a locked one. Excellent service, excellent job completed under the time quoted. Also a good price. Thank you for the pleasant interaction also.

Brought aftermarket running boards from online. Called several businesses to ask abt the installation price. Everyone quoted $125 an hour or $200. I spoke with Josh over the phone. He said to bring them in so he could look at them. Once I was there he told me $135 out the door. They were fast and efficient. Take all your truck needs to American Custom Trucks! You will not be disappointed!
