Rude.
I called talk to an employee about an item I noticed online. She seemed inconvenienced and rude. I asked to speak to the manager she said I was speaking to the manager. Lost a sale.

I tried to return something I had the receipt for it. They asked me for a phone number and I replied to them that it was a gift and I was unsure of the phone number. The girl insisted on one So I gave her the phone number of our relative that sent us the item. She tells me it's the wrong phone number. So once again I let her know that I have a receipt and I don't know the phone number. The manager comes over yelling and exclaims that they need a phone number to do a return. I explain to her I already gave the girl a phone number and it didn't work. I calmly explained that I had the receipt and the order number. The manager continued to get irate. Finally the employee figured out how to do it without a phone number. I don't see what the issue was and why the manager had to get rude. Will not be back to this location or probably by anything from American eagle again.too hard to return something even if we had the receipt. Rude employees.

I went in for the 1st time to pick up a online order, there was 3 young ladies at the register, they were friendly, and helpful.the store looked clean and neat as well as being easy to maneuver around.had some really cute items, but I love shopping online because I can get things more easily in my sizes (especially long legnths which are hard to purchase in any stores) as well it's always more affordable and with my earned points or online discount codes it's just the way I prefer shopping, what I do appreciate and like is since I don't have a permanent address here it's easier to have it for " Free" shipped to the store for pickup.to the young ladies at the register Saturday evening, thank you for the fun and personable customer service. I look forward to stopping in again sometime.

I called this store to check stock based on the online information. The person that answered the phone was extremely condescending and rude and would not listen to a word I was saying. She claimed the SKU number did not exist and that the name of the shorts, which I was reading directly off of the AE website, did not exist. If I could give this store zero stars based on the level of rudeness this woman, who seemed to be a manager, exhibited to a potential customer, I would. This is no way to do business.

The manager is RUDE! It's disgusting how she deals with the public. She should be fired immediately. Sooo many witnesses to what happened today.

Some jeans are buy one get one half off and clearance is 60% off. They also had some leggings with pockets that were on sale for $14.99.we're able to find some good deals for back to school shopping. Both sales clerks were very friendly and helpful.

The store is Always clean and toy can find what you're looking for quickly. The staff is always friendly and very helpful and, professional. It's one of my favorite places to shop.

Mikah makes every visit to American Eagle a joy. He is so helpful and has a fantastic personality. Please give him a promotion and raise ASAP.

Mikah is the best! I hate shopping but mikah showed me right where the item I needed was, checked me out fast, and provided excellent customer service! So happy

Very good store, great location, friendly, helpful employees. Only store with jeans that actually fit that i have found. Changing rooms available. Prices are reasonable. Very good selection to choose from.

Pregnant employee said I was “rude” under her breathe as I walked away. They try too hard to sell the AE credit card as they must get some sort of commission for it. Pretty pathetic “customer service” if you ask me. Won’t be returning

I went today and the girl at the door asked us if we needed help and my nephew was looking for a present for his mom and she was very helpful, I also loved how the had hand sanitizers and masks at the door it seems that they do care about their customers, has been the only store at coconut that have those products for free for shoppers

Mom high waisted jeans fit great! They have Regular high waisted jeans with great sale prices.

Always a great store.more for my 12 and 13 yr olds.they love the jeans.fit well.they tell me that they have been needing shirts.not suew why they stalled in asking but I will be back soon.
