Horrible customer service. We spend among multiple cards and don't see the value after dealing with this lounge.

This was consistently one of the better centurion lounges in the network. This has changed significantly in the last few years. The service is terrible, the staff is rude, and the food quality is unrecognizable. There are dirt plates and glasses everywhere. The bartenders are never present. Would recommend going to another lounge

This lounge is almost always overcrowded. Some things, like the bathrooms or the food offerings, always seem to have a maintenance issue. Bar staff is often a bit surly. Reserved seating areas for Centurion card holders are not monitored and are always full, unless you’d like to sit in the dark hallways at the front of the club. Miami is way behind other Centurion clubs as far as service is concerned. At SEA, even though the lounge is much smaller, the staff there makes sure reserved areas are assigned accordingly and the staff accompany guest to their seats and ensures that all is well.

Rude, poorly selected front desk staff. Every visit is pretty unpleasant due to the pedestrian staff, specifically at the front.

I usually take connecting flights and this is my favorite stop. The place is always clean, and the people are very friendly. The food is great! They have several options for everyone, great coffee and drinks. This might be the N1 reason why I choose AA for flights and keep my Amex card.

Really nice and relaxing place to kill some time between or before flights. I wish it wasn't as crowded as it was - may be have some limit to ensure that there is crowd control and some social distancing especially during the pandemic? Otherwise the food, drinks and the service were impeccable.

I’m a big fan of the Amex lounges and always try to make my way into them when possible. Food is typically solid but today the main kitchen is under construction so food was basic. Also only one bar was open but still served its purpose. Lounge offers lots of amenities and is on the large side.

It was my first time ever at any centurion lounge and while the app did say it’s busy, I was shocked when I went in. The way people were chugging in food and drinks reminded me of the images of famine. The entire lounge was full with no place to sit. I mean there were scarce one or two but people had marked their territories. Before me entered a disabled person and no one was humble enough to offer her a sit. The experience was pathetic. I was ashamed to be part of a platinum card program which contains such entitled members. The lounge management should have closed the entry if they were at full capacity rather than letting people in and show them the images of rich famine. It might be a good experience when it’s not busy but when it’s busy, I’d say you’d rather pay for your food and have better experience than come to this fish market. The location couldn’t be worse as well.

Too crowed to even get the Centurion members! I don’t know why I pay that much for this card! The service has been getting less and less exclusive over the years!

Worst lounge I have ever been. There is a wait list. After waiting 30 minutes, I still manage to enter 1 hour before closing only to find that they were not longer serving food but still letting a multitude of people enter. Serve until you close! Worst worst lounge ever!

Do not come. These lounges used to be reasonably nice and branded as luxury along with the Platinum Card. Crowded and not clean lately. Most importantly, there has been a loud beeping 3 second tone every 10 seconds for the last 30 minutes. It just sounds like a timer to change the coffee or something, but is loud. 4 different members of staff walking by have not investigated. Went to front desk and asked if they heard the beeping. AS IT WAS GOING OFF AND CLEARLY AUDIBLE, they said “no, we don’t hear anything”. WHAT? The same response from a staff member directly in front of where the noise is coming from - they didn’t notice it either. It is not quiet. I don’t understand. I wasn’t the only guest hearing it. Definitely the most surreal, insane experience I’ve had. Trash.

I am writing a review because I am truly disappointed in how the quality of the centurion lounge has gone down. My home is in Miami and I always managed to get my platinum card because I felt it was worth it from the quality of food to the service. Airlines are asking us to arrive early but when I arrived to Lounge I was told no more than three hours and denied entry by Carmen she did nothing to explain why just said I need to wait 30 minutes to come in? I understand COVID but if we are paying allot of money to have be able to go to lounge we should take into account that flying international is taking much longer to check in I asked if I could just sit in front and she told me no that’s part of the lounge!? I needed to exit and come back very bad customer service. The food has also become very Tun of the mill Mitchy is a great chef and we are being served over cooked pasta marinara? The drinks use to be spectacular Francia Corta sparkling is now no name prosecco I am so disappointed what use to be 5 star is now sadly two if not less

Always a 30 minute wait to get in, what is the point of having the card if you can’t use the amenities

I really enjoyed the experience at this lounge. The cocktails were absolutely amazing and we're similar to what you'd expect in a Vegas cocktail lounge. The key lime gimlet was especially amazing, as well as the pisco sour. Be sure to bring cash for tips though as they don't accept AMEX for tips ironically! The food was really great although cold when I got there. But they put out fresh food right after I got mine. Amazing amenities, even in the bathroom and a huge bar and coffee selection with some tasty desserts too.

I DID NOT understand all of the COVID restrictions though, as none are mandated by FL (except for masks while in the airport - federally). They have a free "spa" but only let you massage yourself? (Even though massage and manicure spas are open everywhere else in the Miami area) and the showers are closed? (Even though they're literally used to clean off) and half of the tables/chairs were apparently dangerous to sit at even though there was not a limited capacity overall? And of course don't sit at the bar. That would be dangerous. Oh. But feel free to serve yourself at the buffet.

Also the manager got extremely mad when I accidentally spilled a drink while trying to take a picture and hold my drink at the same time. Like honestly too angry for a simple spill that I offered to clean myself.

So my 5-star review is more for potential and because I appreciate being able to go as a card benefit. But there really are a couple ridiculous things going on.

Now that we're well into the personal responsibility phase of the pandemic it is absurd this place still has half the seats closed for social distancing. The food and drinks were very good but please enough with the fear and restrictions.

NEVER COME HERE! I’m gonna have to go ahead and say this has been the worst experience I have ever had trying to get into a centurion lounge in my life I am now questioning why I even have the platinum card this was one of the most ridiculous verbal transactions I had ever had and whoever works at the front desk here in the Miami office needs to be terminated immediately The lines inside were too long the food was cold the staff was rude and overall I would have to say if I work for American Express I would be more than ashamed of this lounge

Currently blocking off every other table. Still wasn’t too hard to find a seat. One bathroom was not working though, hopefully they fix that by the time I stop by next time.

I don’t like that they open only at 7am and that you need to be within 3 hours of your flight for entry. There was a long line waiting to get in because flights arrive before 7am and members want a place to relax. Also, members sometimes have longer layovers. The fire alarm also kept going off inside. And there are not enough restrooms at least for the men, and the restrooms don’t have a place to put your bag for a hot minute so you can take out a toothbrush and just fix yourself between flights. Seating also was a bit tight due to many tables being unavailable due to covid restrictions which was kinda silly since social distancing was not maintained anywhere else inside (food lines / bathroom / etc) and therefore I think restricting the seating serves no real health purpose other than people exercising more by walking around aimlessly. However, aside from all those complaints the hot food was great, the drinks were great, and the lounge was far nicer than the MIA airport in general.

Terrible service! Literally 30 minutes before closing and they start closing the food stations- 15 minutes before closing they tell you they are closing the bathrooms! Really? !? Even water and coffee dismantled before closing! If you don’t want to be open until 8: 30 then close earlier! The manager Phillip was downright rude!
