I walked in with the best welcomes from all of the staffs in this location. Dave is amazing with his help to pick the best fridge that fits my budget and need. The customer service is beyond fantastic. Even with their tight delivery schedules, they try to help delivering my fridge the next day since my fridge was broken this morning. The price is unbeatable compared to Lowes or Home Depot. Luckily I got my fridge with a very very small dent with almost 50% off the original price. To me this would be the first place I would go to look for new appliances before going to the actual big stores. Highly recommended! Thanks for the nice services from all the staffs here.

The customer service at this location is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I recently made a purchase at another branch and ordered the wrong size mattress. After reaching out to this branch to see if they stocked a twin size mattress, Steven was wonderful to work with, extremely customer oriented and helpful! Although this store was out of stock for the mattress I was looking for, Steven went above and beyond to reach out to the other store and help me out. I will definitely be coming to this store in the future for any furniture!

Leo was a great help with my selections and purchases, I would recommend them to my family and friends!

I did get some really nice scratch and dent refrigerator, stove and dishwasher at about 20% off of the retail price because of a little little ding or Dash. Got brand new appliances for my renovation and was very happy. The manager wouldn't sell me one of the plastic wine cups that makes it look like you spilled something on the furniture. I wanted that to play a joke on someone but he refused to sell it to me! Although I did spend $3,500 in his store that day. I didn't want it for free I wanted to pay for it but he refused to sell it to me!

The customer service here is the best. They saved me over 300 bucks and had the highest quality you can expect. Any time I need anything they offer this will be the first place I choose. This team can not be beat.

David is excellent to work with and solved a delivery issue quickly. 5 stars! Delivery team of Victor and Elvis were great.

Had a pleasant experience, ended up with a good washer for a fair price. Got a 1 year warranty to go with it! Would recommend. Mark K was polite, informative and knowledgeable. Didn’t seem pushy, just friendly and ready to help.

Very rude manager named Dave! Will never shop there again! Signage says in box new but none in boxes. We were the only customers and now we know why! Very, very unprofessional! He needs to find a NEW job. P. S couldn’t give zero stars! That’s why I had to give one star. This is the Lockwood Ridge store in Sarasota.
