Bought a Queen mattress being told it works for an adjustable bed frame guess what.nope, so as my bed rises the mattress goes up too! I was TOLD it would work and guess who now refuses to accept ir back

Due to pandemic, there has been a limit on furniture or anything for that matter. I was having a slight rough morning being that I just moved to Orlando. Badcock orders were still on back order so I came to American Freight. I arrived to a helpful, friendly, funny greet. Super nice. Gave me options and honest opinion. Daniel is awesome at American freight he went above and beyond to help me and my family pick out a couch. He explained the process and was so kind and patient in doing this. He is genuinely caring and passionate about what he does. I went their recently and Daniel was not there the prior salesman did not explain the process and we felt let down and just walked away. I decided to go back just to see if we got a different outcome and we did because of Daniel and his kindness and helpfulness. Employees and people like Daniel don’t come very often. My mother and I came to this American Freight location for a bedroom set and mattress for me after the employees in Waterford Lakes were not very helpful. A pleasant employee there named Briana helped us take care of everything, and she even suggested a mattress for me from their selection based on my preference, which we ended up getting. The next-day delivery, even on a holiday, was also appreciated. We overall had a pleasant experience and received good service, so I would recommend that anyone come to this location.

This is a great place. I arrived here to purchase a King size mattress and was shocked to see they had such a wide variety that fit my budget. I definitely recommend. Monica also helped me pick put a mattress protectant.
