American Freight (Sears Outlet) - Appliance, Furniture, Mattress, Tampa FL

I was surprised to see this outlet open, it has a lot of furniture, appliances and home goods at very good prices.

You wonder why Sears is going out of business, places like this one. Customer service does not exist. After 2 hours of shopping for a refrigerator I am told that there's no one to load it so I would have to come back or pay to have it delivered. Will not come back or refer this place to my worst enemy. Like a horror movie, stay away.

Me and my wife came to the store this morning, the manager was very helpful, the leasing program was introduced to us, the payment was not bad, so we leased washer and dryer.

I went to buy a washer. I had many questions. John the sales person was very patient with me in answering all my questions. John was great and I bought the washer.

I was surprised to even see this Outlet open still with all the Sears stores closing up but here they are still.selling scratch and dent items at higher than normal prices. I looked all over the store and was shocked at how high the prices were for an outlet. Many years ago you could get a great deal on floor models and scratch dent appliances but not now. Their prices were at or if not more than the local Sears store! You are better buying from the actual store on sale than here. They seem to inflate the actual retail price then discount it down to retail Sears price! This is not the place to come for a bargain. Be an educated shopper.do your homework.know what things normally sell for.then you will see how high these so called "Outlet" prices really are. No wonder Sears is going out of business.

The selection and prices are fantastic! John and Bob were knowledgeable and so nice to work with. Great experience!

My visit to this location was a blessing. Ryna assisted me and she was amazing along with the store manager JON. I drove from Sarasota and it was well worth it. Very grateful customer.

My first impression was great! This store smelled amazing! I was very quickly greeted by several employees but the employees that stood out the most were Jon, Jesus, and Reena. I did not find what I was looking for but I found something new that I fell in love with. Great job!

Wanted to buy washing for 409.09 but said because the area I live want to charge an additional 340.00 for delivery?

Came in for a fridge and was help by Doc and Jesus. They were great in helping pick out a fridge that was with the least dents at an amazing deal! Definitely recommend!

Jesus was great in helping me find a refrigerator. I know there is a lot of people that are afraid to buy from this store, but apparently this store is not part of the Sears company so they are not closing! Thank god cause I now know where to come buy my appliances!

I shop in the store very often to look at what they call crazy Deals. The staff are really friendly and help me make a decision on gifts that i would like to buy for my grandkids. They always friendly and have smiles on their face. Plus they have great prices on alot of things i need for my house. I recommend you stopping by

I was looking for a washer and dryer, not to expensive and I got a great deal. The staff was friendly and helpful, I saw a fridge at a great price will be back.

Horrible staff. Only one was working. Try to let her know that i am there just to pick up.did want to even listen. And told just wait until she's finished.later told to move my vehicle in the back to wait other staff and other over 10mins wait. And then i have to go back front again and wait the same staff until she's done. No wonder sears going out of business

No wonder why Sears is out of business if this is a representation of a typical store. The phone is a perpetual busy, when brought to the attention of staff they gave another phone number that is never answered. Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever.
