Erica Rices refusal to show my wife and I two mobile homes we wanted to see, cost her and her company a lost of a sale. I had called Erica on 2262023 (Sunday) to ask a few questions and set an appointment for the next day (Monday 2/27/2023) to view TWO homes. Erica did not answer the phone so I left a voicemail to call me back ASAP.after several hours She again did not return my phone call so I called again and left a second voicemail asking Erica to call me back. Erica did not call me but sent a text to let me know that she would call me back first thing in the morning (Monday 2/27/2023). On Monday Erica once again did not get back with me so for the third time I called Erica only to leave the third voicemail letting Erica know that I would be contacting her office, Finally Erica called me only to tell me that she couldn’t show my wife and I the houses until Thursday (4 days) after my initial contact with Erica. I have never had such an unprofessional response from someone who is representing a sellers listing of Real estate. American Mobile Homes Sales of Tampa should be ashamed for allowing Erica to represent their company.

I have been working with Erica Price the most professional, knowledgeable and dedicated Realtor I have ever worked with. She has gone above and beyond in her efforts to work out controversies that have come up (due to my situation) and has stayed in continuous contact with me throughout. I give her an A+ for her efforts. I highly recommend Erica.
