5Bogus company! Stay away from doing business with them. They stole my father’s deposit. It has been almost a year and no work has been completed. Lot’s of promises and excuses early on but now they do not even return phone calls. Do not get fooled into signing any contract with these crooks!
Stay far away from this company. Paid a deposit in June 2022 for a roof replacement, and as of Dec 2023 still not done. Came out in Jan/Feb 2023 did a demo on my roof and haven't been back since. Company doesn't answer or return calls and messages. Currently I have a lien on my house because this company failed to pay an invoice from one of their suppliers. Currently taking legal action against them!
My mom paid Rafael Pavia in Feb/March. They took off the shingles and put black paper. Permit they filed was denied- so the work they did was without a permit. Permit finally done properly in November and roof inspected on 11/27/23. It failed inspection for the following reasons: exposed to elements for longer than material allows, not installed per manufacturer specifications, not installed per code, tar paper dried out and splitting. My mom has to go to court with the city because they are fining her for code violations because roof so long with black paper. If Rafael Pavia does somehow manage to fix my mom’s roof I will change my rating but my personal belief is that he will not. The amount of emotional turmoil my mom has gone through over this is shameful. It is a small house. This roof could be done in 2 days plus 1 day for inspection per the building department. This should not have taken months. Never, ever pay a contractor up front in full. A very expensive lesson for my mom to learn.
They love to give you an estimate and charge you 3 more times in the end for works that they never did.
Started out ok. Very responsive, and
always came out on time and did the work.
Then they fell off the earth. Seriously, how sad is it to go from a very reputable company to a company that takes your money and their promises and makes a mockery of their own business.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND CERTAINLY DONT PAY ATTENTION TO THE PRIOR ACCOLADES LEFT ON THIS WEB SITE.
