Absolutely impressed! Clean office, nice professional staff! Ms. Eddy is so pleasant and pure! She talked my daughter through the entire dentist/ cleaning process. She gave tips on how to continue to keep healthy teeth!

They are very kind and the assistants are super, the doctor is very kind and has good charisma with the children. I have been with my children for many years. I highly recommend the clinic and they have orthodontics, there is the same for those who need it.

I love this facility, it’s very clean and they have tablets for the kids to play. Mrs.eddy helped us she was very sweet and friendly. Highly recommended this place.

My child really enjoys going to see his dentist. Eddy and Elizabeth truly have a way with little children and make him feel comfortable and relaxed at each check up. He looks forward to seeing them each time.

They are so phenomenal at this location. So sweet and talked my son through everything his first visit. Even my son said this was the best dentist he’s ever been to. The staff are nice and courteous.
The hygienist are quick to educate the patients of how important it is to have a good dental hygiene.

Dr. DePalo and Elizabeth were great! Very nice and patient with my 2 year old. They also provided great education to me on how and what we should be doing in regards to keeping up dental hygene starting out- which was greatly appreciated by a first time parent. I definitely recommend them as a pediatric dentist!

The staff are very good at what they do, however, the office itself is filthy. The air conditioning vents are covered in mildew which is unhealthy for the patients as well as the staff. The floors, walls, and baseboards need cleaning and painting. It used to be fairly nice. I'm looking for another dentist office because this one is so dirty and they have no plans on cleaning it up. It's really a simple fix to clean up and paint the place. If you put the staff in a clean environment I would give them 5 stars. I've been going there for several years and it has deteriorated significantly over that time. Too bad.
It would be helpful to myself and other parents to know you are doing something to clean up the office to make it a healthy and aesthetically pleasing environment. I would stay with this office if this was done asap.
Update: Now that they have moved to a new location, I can only rave about how clean and orderly their new office is. We like it very much.highly recommend. And of course, the staff is wonderful as usual.

The staff is very friendly and they really know how to make my daughter feel comfortable, my daughter is no longer afraid of the dentist!
