The plumber was great and the price wad fair. I didn't feel like I was over charged like in the past with other plumbers.

Two guys doing work at the apartment complex where I live. I’ve been watching these two guys all day and they take more breaks than they work. Stretching out the clock. I have observed this company on several previous repairs and always the same numerous breaks, stretching out the clock and working at a snails pace. I would never use this company for personal use nor would I ever recommend them to anyone

Great repair job done. The put in new toilet with a power flush. No more problems! Highly recommen them for plumbing work. Fair in price. Something American! Not China!

Incredibly rude people. The owner Mike is rudest. Super expensive. Avoid these people like the plague. The bill is twice the quote.

TJ came to the house for my son and I am 1600 miles away. He was very easy to talk with and explained everything to my satisfaction. Very responsive and by all metrics was very honest. Will use agin if we have other issues or concerns!
UPDATE:
Leak developed later that day. Came back and confirmed and would need some work. Couldn’t get back for a week to start the repair needed. So that said we had to find another company that came out same morning and started work that day.

Found new seats for my very old bathtub Plumbing. Also found all the other parts I needed for my 1956 bathtub Plumbing. Spent my week fixing my bathtub Plumbing. This place has everything you could ask for but can be a little short on information. I've worked on my Plumbing before but never this involved, replacing all the seats and the bathtub and shower diverter as well as hot and cold faucet stems & handles. A better explanation before I started would have saved me some money and a back-breaking job, but they do have everything that you can think of for any old or new home and this is the place to find it. I think my only disadvantage over all was being female.

Great job! I caught Tom at the end of a very busy day but he answered the call and came to my rescue. What was supposed to be a very quick and easy job turned into a nightmare. Old buildings hold many surprises. Tom refused to take the easy way out and insisted on doing the professional job his own pride and employer demand. Came out great and I'll be asking for him the next time I need a job done well.

Overcharged. They charged me double the cost. I felt cheated. Wish I didn't use them. I would never recommend

I arrived at 4: 12pm on Monday June 21 despite the store saying they're open until 4: 30pm they turned myself and another customer away. I called and spoke to two people that were rather cut and dry I explained I need one item but it didn't matter. To make matters worse I just watched them lock up and walk out at 4: 19! Seriously!

Solid plumbing supply store, prices on certain things can be higher than others sometimes but they cut pipe so that makes up for it

We have been dealing with a gentleman by the name of Herman at this company for several years. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and steers you in the right direction. They don't try to get you to buy anything you don't need, consequently you feel comfortable buying items if and when you actually need, per Herman's advice. Mike /Galaxy properties

All ways good every tine I needed them. I recommend them strongly. Ask for Steve the plumber to come. I have been using this company for over 19 years and never a issue always a good expeiernce.
