American Pools Services LLC, Fort Myers FL

I was driving behind American pool services and next thing I know a red bucket full of water comes flying out the back of their truck. They did not have their tools strapped down properly and I had to alert them for them to pull over. The owner comes flying out of her vehicle Nicole Keller is her name and starts screaming at me like it's my fault that she did not have her equipment strapped down properly. I have a brand new 2022 truck that is only four months old, and now my grill bumper and hood is damaged which I have documented the day of the accident. Nicole begged me not to call the cops said she would handle all this out of pocket because she did not want to go through insurance. I have everything documented in video, texts and calls. She gave me her word that she will handle this, next thing I know I can't get in contact with her she blocked me from her cell phone so I had to start calling the business line. Now it's been two weeks no word and now she sent me a text saying no more contact with me you can contact my insurance company. This is very unprofessional and not very American. Because not standing by your word is not very American. Maybe they should take that out of their name. She has wasted my time and will waste yours. BE CAREFUL OF AMERICAN POOL SERVICES there not very American. Can't keep her word for nothing. I'm leaving this because this was my experience I would be wary about giving them my business time or money. This country was built on handshakes and giving one their word. That is the American way. If you can't keep your word don't give it. Because what she has done to me and how she has wasted my time is totally UnAmerican!
