Because my Dad was an officer in the Navy he was eligible for Vetran benefits on top of his Medicare and supplemental benefits and recently being placed on home hospice we set up weekly visits with American Providers Inc.in Key Largo FL where he lives. His caregiver was Ania and my Dad took a liking to her instantly in fact, from the first day I could tell she was the perfect fit for our family. It is important for us to express our gratitude to Ania and the rest of staff at American Providers, our family was comforted by their level of professionalism. We could stop in and be helped in a timely manor or call and not have to sit in a que or be placed on hold for hours unlike his other health care companies. Each person I spoke to was well informed and I was so amazed at how fast the process took. It comforts me to know that my Father was well cared for in his final weeks with great dignity and that his personal care services were performed at such a high level. My Dad looked forward to Ania's visits and I loved to see the smile on his face when she walked into his room for a few hours each day.
Our family is forever grateful and blessed to Amelia and everyone at American Provider Inc.we just can't thank you enough!

The therapist, Ruth, who provided a knee treatment was very thorough. She instructed my family on home exercises that have helped in relieving his knee pain. I must say, that choosing a nursing agency to care for someone you love is a difficult and challenging experience. I am so pleased with the service this agency provided right from the start. It brought me peace of mind when I was in the midst of trying to find the best care. The staff was diligent and thorough. The nurse took her time to diligently ask important questions while evaluating my mother’s needs, helped with administering and reviewing her medications, as well as the cleaning of her wound. The Physical Therapist provided an excellent program to help her with the knee mobility exercises and lastly the Home Aid helped my mother feel at ease when she cared for her personal hygiene and day to day activities.

I highly recommend American Providers Home Health Agency. They did an amazing job with the care of my father and coordinated his medical supplies and equipment including his oxygen before the hurricane, thanks for such good job.

Very satisfied with the care my father has been receiving! Nurses are very compassionate and they do a good job of keeping in contact with us. I suppose not everyone can have the same experience but my father is very satisfied with the treatment!
