Spammy unsolicited calls from a 614 area code on a Sunday. When I asked why they were calling me from a 614 area code the person on the phone started swearing at me. Obviously this company hired a telemarketing company but that’s disrespectful.

I had exterior damage from Ian. I had American Roofing do the repairs. They did a great job and the crew was very professional. I recommend them.

These guys do excellent work and a few key people I spoke with regularly there were absolutely great at CS. That is something you do not see from most contractors.

I look forward to using them in the future for any needs that may arise.

As for pricing, I solicited quotes from 4 places, while these guys were not the absolute cheapest, they answered all of my questions in a timely manor and are the company I felt the most confident with. I'll take knowing I can get a hold of you over a few bucks on a larger money project.

I know how important it is to read good reviews for post Ian home repairs.it has been an exhausting process. American just did our gutters, soffit and fascia repair and they are the first company that has actually not just shown up.they were very very responsive and communicative which i appreciate greatly in contrast to my other experiences with contractors.i had dates, times, emails, calls, estimates, warranties, was ABLE TO PAY ONLINE instead of mailing a check for once AND they did a walk through the following day after work completion.i didnt have to chase down receipts, call asking when work would commence etc this was as business should be done.we also did not replace everything.this was a repair job and not a large one however we were not put off or denied or delayed and treated as a priority.highly recommend.
