Secure, clean storage options. My unit is climate controlled, and always comfortable. The owners/staff are lovely people, who actually maintain and walk through the premises, to make sure all is as it should be. What was supposed to be a month or two of stashing my stuff has turned into years for me, and, I am very pleased I chose them. I feel my stuff is safe, and I have 24/7 access. I have not had any issues with dirt or insects with my stored belongings, which is HUGE. I highly recommend American Self Storage.

After picking up a Penske truck at the dealership in Dothan, AL, we were told that we could return the truck to American Self Storage in Crestview, FL between the hours of 8am -5pm on Saturday. We arrived to find that they were closed due to an employee shortage. After having our call returned by Regina, I explained the situation and that my husband had taken off work for this, and that we were just looking for a solution. She told us at first that Fort Walton was open, and then that they weren't but they would except drop offs. Cool. That works. But when I told her that the dealership wasn't aware of their situation as far as being short staffed and that they should let them know so no one else ends up in this situation she told me "That's not my problem. " If you can't be bothered to make a phone call to the dealership to avoid future confusion, then maybe you're in the wrong business. After dealing with her nasty attitude though, I can very much see why they're having problems with people wanting to work there.
