Everyone at ASM is so easy to work with. I've never had to wait on anything and they go above and beyond for us all the time. I would definitely recommend them.

ASM is by far on the top of my list for PEO's. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Should something arise that they cannot assist with (which is very rare) they will always get you where you need to go. Never wait on hold with an automated system or deal with "press 1 to continue. " A real, and very personable, person will always answer the phone. If you are unable to use the phone, emails typically get answered within a few minutes. Needless to say, the customer/client service is worth 5 stars in itself.
The staff is very dedicated and friendly. You cannot go wrong partnering with ASM!

Spoke this morning to Jennifer Parry on the phone to request loss runs and to have them complete a FL1372 for our company that apparently they never did back in 2017 and so every year since our workers comp has been rated incorrectly. She was rude, said she had never heard of it. So I googled it while on the phone and it popped right up. I read the title to her and she claimed to not know what it was. I suggested that she print it Her reply was basically that SHE was busy and didn't have the time to look for it and/or process it and that if I sent it to her she would look at when she had time. Then when I called her back to speak to her supervisor she informed me that she was the owner. Well, if that is the case, how is that you do not know about a FL1372. Maybe past customers should be asking the same thing.

I get that we are all short staffed and dealing the best that we can with the current situation, but this is important to have done and it is the act of doing business.
