American Steamers did an excellent job cleaning and repairing my family room rug. It looks new again and the color is vibrant. They picked up and delivered in a professional manner. I highly recommend.

I brought American Steamers an antique Navajo rug. It was filthy! Not to mention covered with coffee (?) stains. I can't believe it's the same rug! It looks fantastic! They did a wonderful job and I am sure to bring back more rugs in the future.

American Steamers cleaned my 2 large 8 x 11 wool rugs and they did an EXCELLENT job! The rugs are 5 years old and they look brand new! I would highly recommend them.

I was on my honeymoon and during that time, my friend was able to bring her couch to my home. It needed some cleaning and knowing my schedule upon returning from the honeymoon, I HAD to get the cleaning service done before returning home. I contacted Tal in the evening on What's App and the following day, we communicated again and he told me his technician Barry would be able to go to our home. They were both very understanding with out situation and did their best to work around our schedule. I know every company is different, but I truly feel as though they tried to make this last minutes appointment work in order to meet their guarantee of excellent customer service! They did an incredible job on the couch and it looks like new and smelled great. Even included a small cushioned chair we were given in the price. I will always recommend American Steamers! They will do their utmost to do same day work for a fair and reasonable price!

First time user of this family owned business. I had two Persian rugs sent off for cleaning. Tal is super friendly and his dad was along for the delivery after the rugs were finished. They also made repairs to damaged fringe and the repairs were perfect. The rugs came back SO FLUFFY and smelling wonderful. Prices were typical for the services. The quality and care were perfect.

American Steamers picked up our rugs and returned them to us exactly when they promised. They were professional, and our rugs smell great!

They are very professional and polite. They provided a cleaning service for my sofas and chairs with very good results. The only reason I gave them a 3 star is because I believe they could've been more careful and maybe by adding some plastic covers on the floor or around I wouldn't have had to deep clean the floor and furniture around. The residue left behind by their cleaning agent was very difficult to remove from the floor and chairs. I only posted pictures of the chairs since they are white and you can see the yellowish marks better. The floor is beige and could only be seen at certain angles. The surrounding furnitures are brown and could only be seen by certain angles. If they would've been more careful I would Def. Recommend but right now I don't think I would.

Trevor was very professional and on time and thorough. Noticed a few days ago around the edges were he was holding the cushions is not as clean as the rest of the sofa.would have like the edges cleaned just as good.

Wasn’t impressed with the first person who came to clean my couch and area rugs. The owner TAL came through once he was aware of the results and re-touched the areas that weren’t thoroughly cleaned. Very nice guy and also wore shoe covers while he was working in my house, small touch I appreciated. Will definitely do business with him again!
