American Threads reviews
9Went back to school shopping here and had the BEST experience.the girls working are incredible and so sweet.tried on probably 60 items and everyone was so helpful and patient the whole time!
Went in with my girlfriend who was going for a “mooch” with the hope of maybe finding a dress for a wedding we are attending. She found a few she wanted to try and I was left holding them whilst she continued to add to them. Jasmine saw me becoming a human coat hanger and was so friendly and took them from me saying she’d keep them in the fitting room ready for us. My girlfriend started trying them on and Jasmine was so lovely and came in with more options and ideas of things my girlfriend could try. She was so attentive and went above and beyond for us. Thank you Jasmine!
Every year my three daughters have a shopping spree at American Threads in Disney Springs. We love the clothes & the selection. Most things are reasonably priced and they have great sales. In the past the service has been fine. Last year it was not great. This year…
Victoria exceeded all expectations! We have done a lot of shopping over the years and I have never experienced service like this. She ran and got different items for them, suggested clothing, zipped, tied and helped them as they were trying on. Between three of them, they tried on hundreds of items. She remained so calm and patient and insisted on hanging every item even when I asked to help. She sorted for them, keeping track of separate yes, no, and maybe piles. She gave great advice and just made our entire experience fabulous and fun! Thank you!
Alex checked us out and was also very good and pleasant and efficient.
They have really improved their customer service.
The selection was better than ever with so many items to choose from.
The employees were so sweet, supportive, and helpful! They learned my name and found items for me that fit the occasion I was shopping for (shoutout Jasmine and Lacey!). Overall, 10/10 experience, y’all rock!
The employees were so nice, and the store looked so good. I enjoyed the atmosphere here and look forward to coming again on my next trip!
This store is disgusting I don’t know how it’s still at Disney Springs with bad work experience + terrible company
If you want to not get paid for working overtime this is the perfect place for you
Hannah and jerry the most amazing employees. From the moment I walked in they were super welcoming and helpful! You must come to this store! 17/10 experience!
This specific location of American Threads is a true failure and disappointment to the community of Disney Springs. This location has an inexcusable display of turn over, (in both entry level and senior level roles) due to the failure of upper management in Texas. Appropriate training is not provided by upper management. Ample staff is not available, forcing existing employees, hourly, and salaried, to work additional hours outside of their availability.
This location is consistently understaffed and poorly trained due to limited resources (the staff is specifically not trained on Disney payments, return policies, and overall park knowledge). I worked at this location for months and was never scheduled by upper management to complete formal Disney training and onboarding; a requirement to work at any Walt Disney World (WDW) affiliate. Amenities (fitting room, etc.) are consistently unavailable, there is no room for professional advancement, and the clothes available for purchase are cheaply made and occasionally damaged. This location does not have the functioning workforce or leadership to operate at a level that is accepted by WDW.
I came for the first time around 6: 30, I thought the store was closing soon because no one greeted me or even acknowledge me and my family as we were shopping. The employees were loud, cussing, only talking amongst themselves and overall had disrespectful body language.
