Bad customer service all around. Rather disappointed as they didn't seem to care much about taking care of the charter that I had booked for my friend.

Avoid this scam. We booked a boat 5 days in advance but it was our fault they didn't even have this boat in the water. "There's big bold letters on the website that says you should call ahead. " I hand him my phone to show me the "big bold letters" It took him a minute to find. He then proceeded to offer me a more expensive option for 2.5 hours from that time. Not only did he tell me he would "delete any bad review I leave" but also "thanks for the deposit money because I'm not getting it back. " I've sent two emails to the company asking for my deposit money with no replies. I wasted an entire day in Miami beach because they don't even have booking software, just a little kiosk in the corner near the restrooms with a grumpy dude who doesn't want to be bothered.

WHEN THE OWNER REPORTS YOUR REVIEW, YOU KNOW ITS A BAD PLACE! I am using my second account to repost and warn people.

Let me preface this by saying I don't write reviews, but this company deserved it, I want everyone to know how horrible they treat customers before you make the mistake and go here. What a disgrace this company is. The employees are unprofessional, don't return calls, aren't polite. Eris, the man at the booth, was disrespectful and dishonest. He obviously doesn't want a job there and shouldn't be employed by this company. There is no communication whatsoever. If you are looking for a newer boat and a great experience, try the place next door. They have newer boats and similar rates—just an overall horrible experience.

I had to come back and edit this review after someone came back and commented on the post (Like they do all their 1 and 2 star reviews). Don't dismiss your customers, call them back and be honest. Really a competitor review? Seriously do you really think you are even on the same level as others in the area, this is not a legitimate business. They overcharge you, don't stick to their work and are full of it. The place next door where their booth is near had brand new boats (which we thought were theirs), while the one we got the seats were torn and the speakers had rust, not to mention the Bluetooth radio didn't have a working screen. Overall I am disappointed, with your customer service and the lack of resolution to my problem, by having the person who answers the phone say that you are never available (because your phone number is forwarded to them) and that you are never on site. Be responsible for your company and the employees that are dealing with the customers, I don't want to be excited about renting a boat for a fun day on the water while before hand having the guy checking me in throwing paperwork with an attitude even though I am about to spend $500+ with your company. The customer service is repulsive.
