I had a new larger unit installed by America's Air about 3 years ago after continously patching up the old one. After the unit was installed about 2 months later the unit stopped working. It was a holiday weekend we had Company in town for a Homegoing service and no one would respond to my call for service. I was called on Monday where someone came out about 2 days later and stated that it was a frog or SOMETHING caught up in there. I have been in my home 23 yrs and never had the problem before. Called for a service this year (only because it was supposedly a new unit) and now the compressor is gone and I was asked to pay $1700 and that was with a 10% discount. The owners response to me was I see compressors go out in 30 days. Not the Service I want. I will call in another Company for repairs and Service going forth.

I cannot say enough about the quality of this company, Mr. Jeremiah Robinette is one of the finest individuals I've met in along time. He not only trampled around in the mud, Mr. Robinette saved me a lot of money by showing me the part I needed but, gave me a good used part that got my unit working in ten minutes. I'm so grateful because me an my wife are both on a pension an have been without A/C for a week prior to this service. I can't thank you enough, Mr. Robinette was a blessing and God sent.
