I've been going to Americas best since 2013.but I really don't think I will continue i've never really gotten good treatment every single time ive ever ordered glasses they have either had the wrong prescription and also very unleveled. This last experience I really needed contacts so I called them to find out that I cant because my prescription was only for one year and it ended last month (July 8th) and no one did a follow up call to let me know my prescription is running up.but its weird because all my prescriptions have always lasted 2 years and my eye sight has never changed dramatically not to mention I paid $271 last year just to end up with a 1 year prescription.oh and to make matters worst i have to wait 2 weeks to get in for another appointment.and its not like i cant see through my current prescription I cant even get a pair of testers until my appointment.very disappointing.not planning on going back.for anyone with the same problem as me eye glass world does same day appointments and charge less for the exam!

I love that they email and text you to remind you of your appointment.the doctor and technician, Toz, were efficient and professional.jennifer, the manager was great - once i had the frame i wanted we were done in 5 minutes. 2 pairs of glasses - $69.95 total with exam! Truly a blessing. (if you have different prescriptions - you can get 1 each of single vision - instead of getting bifocals for the same price)

Absolutely so satisfied, jennifer was the best help.got my insurance put in and got me a great price, finding sunglasses with me being so picky, she helped me find the perfect pair.laughed, joked, great personality but got the job done! 10/10 recommend this location, go here to satisfy all your eye needs! Thank you guys

The day I had my appointment, they took about 3 hours to finally find out that I had insurance. I even called the insurance company myself and confirmed. I had my card which was given to them. Then in the purchase transaction, the person that was helping me couldn’t figure out the computer. Then! Once I finally got my glasses, the assistant manager said that she had to restring my glasses and it will take about 15 minutes to do so. She let me know she will be in at 10am the next day and for me to come in around 12. I came in at 3: 30, she was at lunch, and the glasses were not done. There was another employee who said she’s just a receptionist and she couldn’t do it nor could she help me adjust my current glasses that I had. There were at least 5 other employees working from what I could see. Not sure why NOBODY a could help me. So I then left, ate at a local restaurant and came back and the glasses were still not done. Terrible experience all around. This is my first and last time using this location.

Never again, very bad customer service, I bought contact lenses and they arrived 2 months later, I called the office and no one help me.

By far the worst experience I've ever had trying to get glasses.
They had a special going on. $69.99 for exam and 2 pairs of glasses. I wear bifocals so I knew that price wouldn't be true.
I called a week before the appointment. I ask what the rate was for bifocals. I was told $89.99
That was ok I thought. I called again to verify my appointment time. I asked again how much for bifocals $99.99 I was told this time. I still went. In the end after the appointment it was over the $100.
Today I get a box in the mail. It's 2 pair of glasses but not the ones I ordered or even the right script. So now I have to go back. To show them the glasses that I think I ordered. That was what the person I called told me. They know what I ordered but I can come show them what I thought I ordered. Maybe I'll have to show them the script that I think their eye doctor gave me. It's a place full of lazy people that obviously don't know their job. I am not sure how they stay open.

I broke my glasses the night before I was going on vacation in Daytona Florida. Had a spare that was scratched and blurry to see through. I stopped at this location in Daytona after I arrived and my glasses were fixed in minutes. Thanks to the women with the long brown hair who fixed them. My week vacation was saved. Thanks so much.

BEFORE you order glasses ect. MAKE SURE YOU ask them 1st. How long it takes to get them. I paid 350.00 bucks i'm 3 weeks in, you call them they just say, we'll call when they're in.glad i had a old pair! Just saying.

This is my 2nd time using America's Best. I knew that the $69 special price wasnt gonna be close for me as I need bifocals and I got transition lenses in one pair and the 2nd pair as prescription sunglasses. I love it there!

OK it started out with the doctor not doing a proper exam telling my wife that her eyes were OK not putting drops and not doing the proper exam then the choice of glasses for the price and I’ll be honest I should’ve known better but cheap is not the word dollar store is the word you get better glasses at dollar tree it’s a joke if you’re broke and don’t have a penny in your pocket I wouldn’t truster I exam but you get what you pay for and that’s my mistake I don’t recommend them at all

This receptionist was rude and have no costumer service skills. I left and when eyeglass superstore and even it’s more expensive I was satisfy and very pleased with the service we received.

I went in to schedule an appointment today and the receptionist not welcoming at all! Off rip told me I can’t get an appointment until the 7th.with the phone to her ear she continues her conversation. I asked if maybe I can schedule one and it seemed to be a problem.another associate over heard, corrected her about the dates and called me over to schedule me for the upcoming Saturday. She was very helpful and welcoming. The receptionist (older lady) however had a dry and unbothered attitude. After being scheduled I was walking out and even said goodbye to the receptionist.she only ignored me and stared at her screen. I really don’t want to return here if I have to spend my money with people like this! Looking for another location.

DO NOT BUY YOUR GLASSES HERE.

They sold me a warranty that was supposed to cover a new pair of glasses - regardless of circumstance. Then when my glasses were stolen (RayBan) - they tell me it DOES NOT cover lost or stolen glasses.

Complete rip off.

DO NOT SHOP HERE.

PS - In regard to the response from "Nancy" - the whole point is that your people lied to me to get my money. Yes, I should have read the fine print. But all I can do is share my honest experience with others and warn them about the deceptive business practices used by your company.

Aside from having the worst waiting area seating imaginable, and a bit (up to 2 hours total) of an extended waiting time due to staffing issues, this is still the best eyeglasses place, for the accuracy of the exams and the deals they have.

The current eye doctor is sweet, patient, and is very accurate and thorough. If they got rid of those awful chairs, and had a few more staff members, I'd give it a 5.

Teresa and Lindsey were great! Definitely would go there just for them, so sweet. Teresa stayed after closing just to help me pick out the right pair of glasses and make sure everything went well with my insurance. The doctor could have been more friendly but the rest of the staff was wonderful!
