A 5mins services with the eye doctor. I still see blurry and only got 1 case of contact for 1 eye (2 different proscription), girl that charged me kept talking to her co-worker. I tried getting ahold of the manager but no luck because the receptionist keeps making excuses for him ("Albert") and have not yet received a call back since Saturday. I will not be going back for my next eye check-up, that's for sure.

It's like that saying. "You get what you paid for". Location is very clean, the service is intense they push extras for more $ by the time you leave you've spent $400 and it takes about 3 to 4 weeks to get them. For this amount of money, I rather buy somewhere else pay pretty much the same and get them a week later.

Terrible terrible service! Avoid coming to this place. I had an appointment at 9: 50am they then changed the time without calling me and when I arrived to the place they canceled it! Waste of time. Go to vision works or anywhere else

Took my daughter in for her lenses great service. The manager took care of me and I haven’t received this type of service in a long time. The gentlemen took his time to explain everything and make us comfortable buying the lenses. I wouldn’t go anywhere else this is where you need to be. Blessings to all.

I have been doing my eye exams
since 2019 and I am extremely impressed with the customer service and professionalism of the staff but specially of the store manager, Mario Núñez. I would totally recommend this store.

Albert is amazing. Really worked with me in helping find the best frames for my progressives and adjusted them several timea before hitting the sweet spot. Good customer service and a large selection of frames!

I was able to schedule an appointment easily from one day to the next. Upon my arrival, the receptionist was professional and helpful. Masks are required.

I was quickly checked in and directed to the waiting are. All aspects of the store were clean and personnel were professional.

The eye exam is the usual and they will offer to conduct additional preventative tests for a nominal fee of $20 at the location I visited.

Everything was completed in a very timely fashion.

The only reason i did not rate this location a 5 is because of the limited inventory of frames available and the constant attempt to up sell.

I have not picked up my glasses yet, but feel confident that they will be what I ordered.

If all locations are managed the same way, I definitely recommend them.

This place has a worst customer service I have seen in years. With the exception of the front desk girl, the rest of the staff is rude and careless. I don't think I'll come back here.

As always at Americas Best they go over above and beyond the call of duty the manager Albert at my store on 82nd and Flagler is amazing super knowledgeable super friendly the whole staff is very friendly and professional I love it I have been going there for years and could not imagine going anywhere else
