I had a eye exam today at the Normandy location and the appointment when smooth everyone was very polite and the young lady that helped me today B. Ramirez is very knowledgeable and amazing person and great customer service just very easy to talk to so thanks and I give this location 5 stars based on my experience on Nov 8.2023 ;-) Thank You Americans Best Normandy!

Everyone was so nice and helpful and very patient. Cassandra was very detailed on the different types of lenses offered and pricing. The best eye experience I have had ever! I highly recommend!

Went to Americas Best and my husband I spent over 400.00 dollars. My husband got 2pairs of glasses one set was sunglasses, they had to send the sunglasses back 4times then when the new ones come in they don't call to let u know they had them for a month I had to call to find out. This happened for almost 5months. When you call they are rude. They eye doctor can't get contacts right or glasses. They still have the new lenses for his sunglasses, 5th try to fix them it's been over 6or 7 months no phone calls to say they have them. The young people who works there is not professional rude doesn't want to be bothered when you walk in u get that kind of vibe. I will never use this company again. Your glasses are being sent to Mexico why u have to wait so long.

Would like to give a shout out to Jennifer. She is amazing she is on point with her customer service skills. Very skilled and friendly. Thank you

I had bough my glasses at a different location but Normandy was so much closer to me. The staff there is so friendly and helpful. Went one day and the person who fixes glasses was not there. I was told to come back the next day. When I did, the really sweet woman helped me out and fixed my glasses immediately and I was on my way. Thank you soooooo much!

Today I went to see these wonderful people at America's Best. It was totally wonderful. These ladies ARE THE BEST. I was treated right. They made sure I got EXACTLY what I wanted. Keep up the Awesome job ladies. First time in my 57 years that I went to the eye doctor and was able to laugh and have fun. I look forward to going back in a couple weeks to get my Glasses. I had 4 appointments on 8/26. The staff was wonderful. Ms Emma is the best! She took her time with all of us to ensure we had the best service. Love her

The service was excellent and the lady who did my. Glasses was very good and one of the best eye doctors i have ever had she told me everything that i needed to know and got 2 beautiful pairs of glasses

Upon making the appointment I made them aware that I had one contact in my eye in the after my exam if they could find me the closest contacts until they can get my contacts in as they always have in different locations except for this one was the first time I went was very the disatisfied with the service
Not to mention I left there with no contacts and then was told it may take 3 to 6 weeks to even get my contacts in I could have went anywhere else and had some contacts after my visit so no I do not recommend this location

Very pleasant atmosphere filled with Goddesses to help navigate your patients with great care and attention to details with all of their eye care needs.

Between the rude person on the phone at the Normandy location and the absolute useless service I've received at other locations (going back 3 times to get my Rx right and still never did), please don't waste your time or money here or any America's Best. I finally found an actual eye doctor that takes time to do a proper exam and knows how to prescribe glasses and lenses. Do not reach out to me, America's Best. This is for the customers out there that deserve better, which you don't care about anyway.

Waited 2 weeks, and they lost my glasses. Now it's another 2 weeks. Can't give any info just they can't find them. If I ever get my glasses, I will not go back. Update: This is going on 4 weeks with no glasses. No one from America's best can tell me any information. Lab is not responding, and they won't give me the district managers email address. Horrible customer service.

I had an appointment on May 10th and purchased glasses waited 2 weeks (May 24th) and called to see if my glasses were ready for pick up they said no it can take up to 14 business days here it is June 9th I call to see where my glasses are and they tell me they tried to call and they have been there since May 16th?

The lady's in the front was nice but the lady who did my eye exam was extremely rude. Bad attitude problem

Horrible horrible lady at the front desk she is rude in person and on the phone. I'm never going back and I hope she gets fired she is downright nasty.
