America's best truly is one of the best places that I have ever bought glasses at. They have a staff who cares and decent rates for great glasses. If you go to the one on Colonial, ask for David G. He will give you an excellent experience.

Went in to get new glasses and I couldn't be happier. Ignacio was so helpful and nice every step of the way. From helping me pick out glasses to getting them fitted. Everything was easy and hassle free. Would definitely recommend

Terrible with their existing customers…. They only care about your money I had an emergency with my contacts and I needed a single pair for me to use in the weekend while I waited for my contacts to be shipped.
They told me they can only sell me an entire box. Which would cost me $120 for two boxes. I will be switching locations or possibly even eye care provider.

Terrible experience, I mad an inconvenience with me forgetting my contacts at my in laws house over the weekend.

I asked them if I can purchase just a set of contacts, one pair for the weekend while I waited for my bags to get shipped from my in-laws.

They only care about my money and forced me to purchase an entire box of contacts as supposed to helping me and taking care of one of their customers.

My experience was so smooth and easy here at the colonial store! Anthony helped me so much with feeling comfortable during my try on with contacts for the first time. Very friendly environment and costumer service was at top notch! Thank you guys

I have been a user of American Best in Miami for a while and now I have had to visit Orlando, directly at the Oviedo office and I have had the worst experience. I have been a prescription lens wearer for over 40 years and contact lenses wearer for at least 20 years and I have never had an experience in both examination and results like this. The service is horrible! Bad, very bad. The doctor, in order to do a quick job, does not make an effort to do her job well. My experience is NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE IN OVIEDO. I want back my money wasted with them.

I had an amazing experience at the colonial location today. All workers were kind and helpful. The employee that was helping and stood out the most to me was Ignacio. He was so patient and kind and went out of his way to help me find the perfect frames to match my face and personality. Highly recommend making this your new eyewear home.

Dr, Griffin is the worst doctor.
Every time I take my son they make me wait almost 1 hour and when I called to let them know that I got into a traffic Jam to let them that I was going to get 10 minutes late, they cancel my appointment!
This place is garbage!
Don’t waist your time going to where you will be treated like that.

I am blown away at the excellent service that Anthony and his team have shown me each and every time I am at Americas Best for my own lenses as well as my fiancés. Anthony is leading his team well and I can’t imagine visiting a different location after our experiences here. Two thumbs up!

Great customer service. I spoke to Deandre H on the phone and he was able to help my complicated situation out. He was able to get me an appointment to see Dr. Griffiths the next day. There was a discrepancy of information between stores and he was able to figure out the issue asap and he kept me updated and informed about everything that happened. I will come to this store specifically for all my appointments. Deandre was a great help and was extremely kind to me.

Happy with my new glasses. Not so happy with staff. I was handed my glasses without the attendant checking to see how the frame fit behind my ears or the position of the lenses. He just looked at them on my face and asked how they fit. It's their job to check hands on. It was a little off putting that I did not receive the proper service at AMERICA'S BEST.

Ignacio was very helpful, very kind and picked out two pairs of glasses that fit me very well

I had the great help of Ignacio, the doctor who treated me only spoke in English and he translated for me at all times, he was always with me at my appointment and helped me whenever I needed it.
