Worst place ever. Appointment setup at 11: 45am, checked at 11: 30am, waiting until 2: 00pm to be seeing by the doctor. Question: why they have appointment?

Last Saturday I took my wife with a problem she has and it's her eyelashes sticking out and it's a little annoying. The Doctor took out 6 eyelashes and gave her a method that could help her. Dr. Markham is a professional, I recommend it.
But I cannot fail to mention María, a young girl but with a very kind charisma and she works at the front serving the public, she has all my respect, I asked her some things with reference to some glasses that I want to do and homework, she is a young woman but very seated at work and knows what Maria is doing, those stars are also hers, haha,

Good afternoon, I am a customer of this lens store and I went to ask about the price of some lenses to replace the current lenses and they kept me on hold for more than 1 hour and I never got the attention I deserved but it doesn't matter because there are too many stores the truth is I will never go there again and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Dr. DeMartino was so great! She took her time explaining the importance of distance when reading on the phone - computer - and the 20 min look away for 20 seconds - recommended some eye drops and how to use snd store them - wow I would give her 10 stars!

Today I had my appointment, the staff at the front desk were very nice, but Dr. Demartino is a very rude person and not at all sociable. I think that her attitude to her work should be different, she has a very unpleasant attitude towards her, my son or I, WE WILL NEVER MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH HER AGAIN! I do not recommend her, she is very unpleasant but the place and everyone else are nice and attentative.

I’ll start by saying it’s very overprice I paid over $225 just in lenses as I provided the frame. But they said it will be two weeks maximum for my glasses to arrive. That alone was crazy. Today is the second week and now they’re telling me that it might take another week. That has to be a joke. There’s a reason why I ordered my glasses because the lenses I have now are so bad so I did what anybody would do and go buy a new pair. I’ve called plenty of times for a tracking and they don’t even know when things are being shipped from their own facilities. Hopefully someone can read this before going here and ordering any type of glasses, lenses or anything. Two weeks and still no glasses with a price tag of over $225 in Lenses alone. That’s crazy.

BEST OPTOMETRIST! I can genuinely say I have never had a better optometrist experience! From the moment I walked in, reception immediately attended to me and directed me to the testing area. The wait was extremely short and I saw the doctor almost immediately. I have never been listened to so completely by a doctor. Dr. Demartino really heard and considered all my concerns when it came to the possibility of getting contacts. We discussed my lifestyle, habits, and current eye health to come to the best solution. She also answered all of my questions and made sure I left feeling confident. MJ was also another highlight of my experience. She was so kind and patient with me as I struggled to learn to put on my contacts for the first time. MJ was a huge help in making sure I left with everything I needed and the right knowledge. Yesterday, I had my follow-up and once again, I was treated with amazing care! I truly wouldn't go anywhere else<3

P. S.the range of styles of eyeglasses is incredible, something for everyone and then some.

The attention is very bad, they are irresponsible, the quality of the glasses is very bad and both the medical staff and the rest of the staff are not friendly, they never solved my problems, I would not recommend them to anyone nor do I plan to go to that place ever again
