every month and not asking for freebies, did all the right things working and paid into the system to be are being penalized by having to pay out of pocket fees for exams, glasses or contacts.

All staff was AMAZING! They didn’t disappoint at all. Very helpful and knowledgeable about everything, answered ALL of my questions. Professional, friendly, happy, and knowledgeable! America’s Best at this location was truly a blessing! Thank you to each one of you for being so great!

I have been an eyeclub member since I was a teenager. In all of my years, I have never run across a location that is consistently "fully booked" like this one. My entire time living in Tallahassee (4 years), this location has always been booked for the next 30 days. Sometimes the on-coming month as well. As an eyeclub member, my membership is completely useless if I have to spend money to travel to another location or get an eye exam else where. I have to put off getting a new prescription each year for a couple of months because of "booked" they are. I don't see why booking an eye exam is like a lottery. I should not have to "wait for a good day" for them to finally have availability. I have kept my membership for its potential benefits, but now its getting ridiculous and useless. If it didn't cost me extra (which it obviously does!), I would have no problem driving to SOUTH FLORIDA where the Margate (Atlantic Blvd) location has given me nothing but excellent experiences for over 8 years!

Teronda, Jimmy, and Caliah have been so helpful and patient with me over the past few weeks as I tried to get my insurance together. They gave me great suggestions, helped me save money, and gave feedback on my frame selections. Overall a highly recommended place to get vision things done and a great experience.

Great experience from beginning to end! Mr. Jimmy Carter greeted me as I walked in, helped me select the perfect frames, submitted my orders, called me when they came in, and even made sure they were a perfect fit when I picked them up. The most impeccable customer service I have EVER experienced. Teronda and Caliah were absolute gems. Their knowledge and patience were so phenomenal. I learned how to properly pick out frames. Teronda was excellent. She explained procedures better than anyone ever has to us - fit if glasses, size of glasses, etc.she picked out the perfect frame for me and helped my husband find frames also. Jimmy is also wonderful at this location. He is also very knowledgeable and helpful.

I don’t know everyone experience at Governor’s Square America’s Best in Tallahassee, FL but my experience every time is felt like family. They haven’t had a doctor in for some time now (a lot of wish would come to pass) but I personally paid for prescription at another place of business just to get some glasses with them because they have take they time with you and give you an idea of your purchase from more than one angle. I love Ms. Teronda, I’ve been knowing her for some years now. She learns her customers and remembers her frequent visitors. The visit there is worth it. You’ll be like me, still a customer after 7 years.

I recently bought some new glasses and my visit was very pleasant! Caliah and Latoya were very friendly and helped me choose the best pair of frames that fit my prescription and face.

Never again. I prepaid for their club so I could get free contact exams. I Have been unable to do so though since they haven’t had a doctor in months so they can’t schedule me. Now I’m screwed or expected to drive to Dothan Alabama for the subscription I paid for here. Like really? Will you be paying for my gas? Never again I really need my contacts. What a let down.

Both pairs of my glasses I purchased about 6 months ago are absolute junk when I get back to Florida I'm taking them back for a full refund. The left lens in one pair pops out daily. You could probably do better at Walmart optical. America's Best is the world's worse.

Latoya helped me out tremendously.when I brought my broken glasses is she repaired them without hesitation. I recommend coming here for her experience and expertise and amazing how she has the skill for this and so much more I recommend coming to Latoya for any questions or concerns she is my to girl when I need an issue she fixes it.
