Todays visit was a breeze! The doctor was quick and informative and Connie did great checking me out and helping me pick my new frames! 10/10 experience with this location! I’ll be back!

Such a wonderful experience all around! Their associate Sarah was so personable and helped me pick out super cute frames! The process was quick and the technician and doctor took their time to explain my prescriptions. Will definitely be back in the future, and highly recommend Americas Best!

I went there to buy some glasses, and they treated me like they were doing me a favor to wait on me. I will go elsewhere to buy my glasses.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff was extremely rude. There was only one girl that was helpful. I went to go get contacts, they go through the entire exam just to tell me it will take 2 weeks to get the prescription that I am paying $150 for. I live out of state & thought this would just be a quick & easy process & now I just lost out on 2 hours of time I could have spent with family bc I left with absolutely nothing. The rude guy that was not even involved in the situation then proceeded to tell me take the trail lens out immediately once he found out I wasn’t able to come back in two weeks. I was under the impression I was getting my contacts today because my prescription was right on the paper the doctor just wouldn’t sign off on it until I came back in two weeks which was never discussed.

Everybody at this office is knowledgeable professional courteous and helpful. My wife and I both had an excellent experience here. Thank you very much America's Best.

The optometrist Mallory was very kind and informative. Connie was super helpful with choosing the right frames and lens, informing me on the different choices of transition lens.

Traveling customer here that desperately needs my glasses. Broke off the screw holding on the bow. Stopped on a Saturday at the closest American's Beat in Tarpon Springs FL. Sarah was very kind and fixed my glasses for me. She wasn't only helpful, she was a very nice person.
